Water-based acrylic emulsion

Product introduction:

WA-2007, WA-2008 are both acrylic copolymer emulsion. WA-2007 is a extremely soft resin that can enhance the adhesion,and WA-2008 can increase the hardness and abrasion resistance of the system, it is recommended to use two pairs together.

WA-2007 has excellent adhesion for

u plastic plates and membranes and other substrates,as well as medium dry-speed.

u WA-2008,a hard resin, has good heat resistance, high hardness, wide compatibility interface and fast dry-speed.

Application areas:

u water-based gravure printing ink of soft pack

u water-based plastic paint

u water-based wood paint

u PET, PVC, BOPP, paper and other materials

Application Guide:

u WA-2007 can be used in plastic, metal, membranes and other substrates to enhance adhesion of film

u WA-2008, a hard resin,can be used as additional resin to increase film’s hardness, abrasion performance and heat resistance, while the resin have good adhesion for the plastic substrate.

u Painting method: gravure, spraying, brush coating, etc

u Curing conditions: room temperature or low temperature baking

u Adding suitable coupling agent can enhance film properties according to the substrate

Reference formula:( soft pack ink for example)

Film performance：(50℃, 20 min)

Packaging and storage:

u 15KG, 50KG, 100KG, 200KG plastic drum;

u stored in 100% opaque airtight container;

u stored in cool and dry room place at 5-30℃;

u the shelf life will be significantly reduced in high temperature or exposure conditions;

u the shelf life is six months on the condition of not opening the can
