SPU-836 Aqueous aliphatic polyurethane dispersion

Product introduction:

The adhesive prepared from SPU—836 which adopting the advanced production engineering and synthesized with water as the dispersion medium has good adhesion force, excellent water resistance and other solvent resistance.

Physical properties:

u Good adhesion force and initial adhesion

u Good resistance to water, medium and heat

u low content of VOC, no benzene substances, formaldehyde and

other harmful solvents,water-based,environmental,and non-toxic;

Application area:

u shoe glue;

u wood, furniture conglutination;

u adhesive of leather, PVC,PU,EVA,plastic and sponge

Application guide:

u enhanced resin for chloroprene (CR) latex and styrene-butadiene latex;

can enhance the adhesion of system if added to the water-basedacrylic and polyurethane latex

u Good yellowing resistance,can be used for light colour substrate.

u Good compatibility with non-ionic and anionic water-dispersible polyester resin, water-dispersible alkyd resins, acrylic emulsions and water dispersible PU curing agent;

u available to the desired viscosity by thickening agent

u Painting method: spraying, brush coating

u curing condition:60

Packaging and storage:

u 15KG, 50KG, 100KG, 200KG plastic drum;

u stored in 100% opaque airtight container;

u stored in cool and dry room place at 5-30℃;

u the shelf life will be significantly reduced in high temperature or exposure conditions;

u the shelf life is six months on the condition of not opening the can
