Aliphatic aqueous polyurethane dispersion

Product introduction:

The product with good room temperature drying and self-crosslinking function synthesized with water as the dispersion medium,and it had been formed

by adopting the IPN polymeric technology and molecule design.Excellent water-based glass coating,wood coating and plastic coating can be prepared from WPU-2802.

u    Good hardness, high gloss,good   fullness, and excellent water resistance and abrasion resistance

u      No free isocynate monomer, no benzene substance,formaldehyde and other toxic solvent, water-based, environmentaly friendly, and non-toxic

Applications

u      leather, paper,wood, plastic, water-based ink, etc;

u      overprinting varnish,medium and

finish paint,colored paint;

u      bstrates can be applied;

Application area:

u      One component plastic coat of PVC, ABS and other substrate

u      silver paint

u      Water-based ink

u      Water-based ink of Textile, paper, plastic ,wood and other substrate;

Application method:

u      Painting method: spraying, curtain coating, dip coating;

u      suitable substrates:plastics,leather,

galss,wood,etc

u      construction conditions:baking at ordinary temperature

Application guide:

u      used as one component coat

u      high quality two-component top coat can be prepared mixed with isocynate curing agent.

u    High hardness two-component coat can be prepared mixed with WA-128A of hydroxy acrylic emulsion.

u      Good yellowing resistance,can  be used for light colour substrate.

u    Good compatibility with non-ionic and anionic water-dispersible polyester resin, water-dispersible alkyd resins, acrylic emulsions and water dispersible PU curing agent;

u    Hardness and flexibity can be enhanced when mixed with coupling agent

u      available to the desired viscosity

by thickening agent

u      constraction methods: curtain coating,dipping coating and spraying coating

u      Curing conditions: room temperature or low temperature baking

Packaging and storage:

u    15KG, 50KG, 100KG, 200KG plastic drum;

u    stored in 100% opaque airtight container;

u    stored in cool and dry room place at 5-30℃;

u    the shelf life will be significantly reduced in high temperature or exposure conditions;

u    the shelf life is six months on the condition of not opening the can
