AC-0304B, a special acrylic resin of medium molecular weight, has become a popular base resin because of its excellent overall performance and versatile use

Physical properties:

u Good pigment wetting and package performance, wide compatibility;

u Good transfer characteristics and quick drying performance;

u High gloss and hardness, small molecular size;

u high softening point, can enhance the heat resistance and grinding of the system

Application areas:

u color paste

u water-based wood paint

u gravure and flexography ink

Application Guide:

u used as a grinding resin under the conditions of high shearing force. With AC-0304B as grinding paste can make the process more concise and easier to control; The color paste has good color compatibility performance, easy-dispersion and good color stability;

Used in wood primer, it can improve the system and the grinding of the bloked

u performance of the substrate;

u it is ideal for fixing purposes of loose porous substrate, can be used to prepare one compound air drying water-based wood paint

u when used as a modified resin in emulsion system, it have good significant newtonian fluid characteristics, can enhance operations paint or ink and improve sagging and sedimentation problems of latex system;

u Can be added to water-based acrylic emulsion and polyurethane emulsion system to improve the hardness and gloss;

u can be used as protective colloid in Styrene-acrylic emulsion;

u Painting method: spraying, curtain coating, dip coating;

u 15KG, 50KG, 100KG, 200KG plastic drum;

u stored in 100% opaque airtight container;

u stored in cool and dry room place at 5-30℃;

u the shelf life will be significantly reduced in high temperature or exposure conditions;

u the shelf life is six months on the condition of not opening the can
