Water-based acrylic emulsion
Product introduction:
WA-2017, WA-2018 are both acrylic copolymer emulsion formed through special technology, in which WA-2017 film is soft, can enhance the adhesion of the system; while WA-2008 systems can increase the hardness and abrasion resistance, it is recommended to use two together.

Application guide:
u WA-2017 and WA-2018 make system have excellent resistance to UV, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, excellent color pigment compatibility and color performance and show excellent gloss and leveling properties when mixed them together to use;
Used for film coating of drugs, cigarette packets, aluminum layer of
u PET.used for inner and surface printing of PP, BOPP and PE film (corona treatment to film is greater than 42 as good); suitable for main resin of coating of aluminum and tin;
u For wood floor primer, easy to adhere to the surface of UV
u using the crosslinking agent can improve the water resistance and crosslinking density
u Painting method: spraying, curtain coating, dip coating;
u Curing conditions: room temperature or low temperature baking.
