WE-319水性环氧乳液

产品介绍：

  WE系列水性环氧树脂是我公司自主研发的中分子水分散型环氧树脂体系，该树脂是在环氧树脂分子结构中通过接枝亲水性基团，实现水性环氧树脂的可水分散性。

 该产品在性能上接近溶剂型环氧涂料的技术性能，不含有害挥发性有机化合物，不会造成空气污染；并以水作为分散介质、不燃，储存、运输和使用过程中具有很好的安全性能。与本公司固化剂配套，可广泛用于涂料、道路改性及建筑等领域。性能优良，是环保型涂料的高品质基料。

u      VOC含量低

u      乳液存储稳定性高

u      良好的耐溶剂性、耐酸碱性好

u      具有良好的柔韧性

应用领域：

u      水性地坪漆

u      水性金属底漆、面漆

u      水性防腐涂料

u      水性建筑涂料

应用指南：

u    用水开稀，与水性环氧固化剂按适量比例混合即可；

u    施工方法：喷涂、淋涂、浸涂

u    固化条件：常温干燥或低温烘烤

参考配方（地坪清漆为例）：

包装与储存指南：

u      15KG，50KG，100KG, 200KG塑料桶装；

u      存放于100%不透光的密闭容器内；

u      存于5—30℃室内阴凉干燥处；

u      在高温或曝光情况下，保质期将会显著缩短；

u      未开罐情况下自生产日期起保质期六个月。

Product controduction:

The WE series of epoxy resin  is the good product under our independent research.and the achievement of epoxy’s water-dispersion by grafting of hydrophilic groups.

The product close to solvent-based epoxy coating on the performance of technical performance,  does not contain harmful volatile organic compounds and do not cause air pollution；Good storage, transport and use of safety performance are guaranteed as water used as dispersion medium. Matching with the curing agent our company produced, it can been widely used in paints, road construction and other fields. Futuremore, it is an environmentally-friendly coatings of high quality base materials which has has good performance.

u      good solvent resistance, acid and alkaline resistance

u      good flexibility

Applications:

u      water-based paint

u      water-based metal primer, finish paint

u      water-based anticorrosive coating

u      water-borne architectural coatings

Application guide:

u      diluted with water, adding with epoxy curing agent by appropriate ratio before use

u      Painting method: spraying, curtain coating, dip coating;

u      Curing conditions: room temperature or low temperature baking

Reference formula（floor lacquer for example）：

Packaging and storage:

u       15KG, 50KG, 100KG, 200KG plastic drum;

u      stored in 100% opaque airtight container;

u      stored in cool and dry room place at 5-30℃;

u      the shelf life will be significantly reduced in high temperature or exposure conditions;
