全球首富的罕见道歉
如果你没收到解雇的通知，那你算是真的被解雇了吗？在推特，或许算。但如果你想，你也可以重新回到工作岗位上。
If you’re not told you are fired, are you really fired? At Twitter, probably. And then, sometimes, you get your job back — if you want it.
Haraldur Thorleifsson原本是一名推特员工。然而本月5日，他登录自己的电脑，打算开始工作，却发现自己被锁在了系统外。一同被锁定的还有其他200多人。
自埃隆·马斯克接管推特以来，公司经历了几个月的混乱，裁员、解聘不断。结合这些前情，Thorleifsson其实可以料想到——之前很多人也曾经料想过——自己丢掉工作了。
然而，九天过后，推特却一直没有明确告知他到底有没有被解雇。于是Thorleifsson决定，要给马斯克发一条推特，看看能不能让这个亿万富翁注意到自己，然后为自己“薛定谔的工作”找到一份答案。
Instead, after nine days of no answer from Twitter as to whether or not he was still employed, Thorleifsson decided to tweet at Musk to see if he could catch the billionaire’s attention and get an answer to his Schrödinger’s job situation.

“Maybe if enough people retweet you’ll answer me here?” he wrote on Monday.

推特全球宕机，频繁崩溃…
周一，推特又崩了，这是今年的第六次。当网友在推特平台上点击任何链接都会出现错误信息。用户试图发布新的图片时，除了本应在那里的图片的位置出现一个大的空白框外，什么都没有。
与前四次平台故障不同的是，2月份出现的三次，以及3月份的一次故障使得该网站并不是完全不可用，让推特用户得以搞起了他们喜闻乐见的活动：在推特上讨论推特又崩了。
Unlike the last four outages – three in February, and another already in March – the site wasn’t completely unavailable, giving Twitter users the opportunity to engage in their favourite activity: discussing the continued destruction of Twitter live on the site.

禁止外链，封禁记者，推特造「墙」
今年1月19日，推特还宣布，推特将禁止用户在其平台上推广自己的某些社交媒体账号，包括Facebook, Instagram, Mastodon, Truth Social, Tribel, Nostr, 以及Post。
在一份概述这些平台改动的公告里，推特说它会在平台和账户的双重级别上采取措施，来阻止用户违反这项政策。
Twitter says it will take action against users that violate this policy “at both the Tweet level and the account level.”
这意味着，用户们不能再在其推特账号简介中里加入自己在其他社交媒体平台上的链接，也不能发推文引导其他用户去搜索他们在ins或者脸书上的账号。同时，推特还禁止用户在没有网址链接的前提下，将其在其他平台上的用户名或者昵称发在推特上。

“Twitter should be easy to use, but no more relentless free advertising of competitors,” Musk writes on Twitter. “No traditional publisher allows this and neither will Twitter.”

Dorsey says Twitter’s block on the network “doesn’t make sense” and currently has his Nostr username listed in his Twitter bio, potentially putting him at risk of suspension.

Musk claims the journalists “doxxed” his location and later had Twitter implement a policy that bans “live location information” as well as “links to 3rd-party URL(s) of travel routes.”
