青少年受裸聊诈骗 而“性勒索指南”却不断涌现！

Criminals are selling guides on social media on how to carry out sextortion, BBC News has learned.

据 BBC 报道，犯罪分子正在社交媒体上出售“性勒索指南”。

据悉，自 2022 年 10 月起，两名英国青少年因受到性勒索而自杀。

In April, the National Crime Agency issued an "unprecedented" alert to schools across the UK, warning against the dangers of sextortion.

今年四月，英国国家打击犯罪局（NCA）向各地学校发出“史无前例的”警告，提醒学生们遭受性勒索的危险。

The sextortion typically consists of someone posing as a woman on social media and luring people into sending explicit images of themselves. The scammer then threatens to make the images and contact details public unless the victim sends money.

性勒索通常指有人在社交媒体上冒充女性，引诱人们发送自己的露骨图像。然后诈骗者就会胁迫他们付款，否则就公开这些图像。

而受害者付款后又会面临新的威胁和压力，不得不继续付款。

NCA 表示，所有年龄段、所有性别的人都可能会成为目标，但受害者主体是年龄在14 至 18 岁之间的男性。

互联网观察基金会表示，与 2022 年全年相比，2023 年上半年确认涉及“性勒索”的儿童性虐待报告激增了257%。

Paul Raffile, an intelligence professional and expert on sextortion, describes the phenomenon as a “massive threat” to children.

情报专家、性勒索专家保罗·拉菲尔认为这种现象是对儿童的“巨大威胁”。

“Internet scammers over these past two years have found out that they can get very rich very quickly by scamming an untapped market and that’s teenagers," he said, "They are finding their victims by going on social media platforms and searching for high schools and youth sports teams, and then 'following' or 'friending'."

The researchers said they found dozens of videos on TikTok and YouTube that showed self-described Yahoo Boys engaging in sextortion by using easily searchable phrases like “blackmail format” or hashtags like #YahooBoys. They also found scripts on Scribd teaching others how to extort their victims using similar search terms.

The guides show people how to pose as young women online, trick a victim into sending sexually explicit material and then blackmail them. It is also described in detail how to set up untraceable phone numbers, create fake social media profiles and use secure payment methods.

这些指南教导人们如何在网上冒充年轻女性，诱骗受害者发送色情材料并勒索他们。此外，指南还详细阐述了设置无法追踪的电话号码、伪造虚假的社交媒体账户资料以及使用安全支付方式的操作步骤。

The materials on the various sites had been viewed over half a million times, according to the NCRI analysis.

据 NCRI 的分析，各网站上的勒索教程已被浏览五十多万次。

根据英国《在线安全法案》，发送未经同意的私密图像已成为刑事犯罪，犯罪者可能会面临长达两年的牢狱之灾。然而，在 X、Instagram、TikTok 等社交媒体平台上依旧可以发现不少色情裸露的照片。

It’s in X’s best interest to have as many users on its platform as possible—even if those users violate guidelines or share illicit content. That seems to be why they won’t ban porn.

X 的最大利益源自于让尽可能多的用户使用其平台获得流量，所以即使用户违反了准则或分享了非法内容，X也不会禁止色情内容。

According to their statement, porn can be shared within tweets, but the sharer needs to mark their account as sensitive, prompting a warning message to other users who must acknowledge if they want to see that content.

不过，根据 X 的声明，色情内容虽可以分享，但分享者需要将其帐户标记为敏感内容，从而向其他用户发出警告消息，如果其他用户想查看该内容，必须先进行确认步骤。

Instagram has a “No Nudity” policy, but basic hashtags such as #sexy, many times containing pornography, collectively have millions of posts, none of which are filtered for young users.

相比 X，Instagram 则具备“禁止裸露”政策，但标签如#sexy，很多时候还是包含大尺度的色情内容，甚至涉及数百万条帖子，而且不会针对年轻用户进行屏蔽、过滤。

Ins 为何允许这种行为至今仍未得到解答，但主要有两个猜测：第一，他们可能通过在网站上保留露骨内容来获取流量赚钱；第二，他们根本没有足够的员工来有效处理不适当的内容。

In a statement Meta, which owns Instagram, said it offered “a dedicated reporting option so people can report anyone threatening to share private images".

不过 Ins 母公司 Meta 在一份声明中表示，它提供了“一个专用举报选项，以便人们可以举报任何试图强制分享色情图像的用户”。

Ins 也将于几周内测试新工具以打击性勒索。

The tools include "nudity protection", which blurs naked images in direct messages. It will be turned on by default for under-18s.

其中包括“裸露保护”——可以在直接消息中模糊掉裸体图片，并将默认为 18 岁以下用户开启。

该平台还表示，它还将部署一些措施来检测用户是否可能是性勒索者并限制他们与他人互动，具体措施包括：

首先，要每时每刻注意潜在的骗子，这一点非常重要。如果有人一再要求你发送色情图片或他的言辞令你感到不舒服，请立即停止联系。

In its guidance, the NCA aims to "take away the stigma" surrounding sextortion, and prepare teachers to discuss with parents and carers how they should talk to their child about it.

NCA 建议的主要目的是在网络性敲诈方面“去污名化”，并帮助老师准备好与父母和监护人讨论如何与孩子谈论这个问题。

Ros Dowey's son Murray died by suicide after sextortion. In a NCAmessage to those who might be in a similar situation to her son, Mrs Dowey said: "Please don't do what Murray did. Nothing is worth taking your own life. No matter how terrified and awful you're feeling at the moment, that will pass and this can be fixed."
