一、2026妇女节主题：权利、正义和行动
2026年3月6日，联合国妇女署(UN Women Executive)主席西玛·巴胡斯发表三八国际妇女节(International Women’s Day，简称IWD)致辞，向全世界妇女致以诚挚的节日问候。
2026年国际妇女节主题为“Rights. Justice. Action. (权利、正义、行动)”。致辞中指出全球性别平等虽有进步，但暴力问题反扑、妇女权益倒退，各界仍需共同行动，推动实现全体妇女与女童的平等与正义。
妇女节是如何诞生的？
20世纪初的劳工运动催生了妇女节这个概念。1908年，纽约15000名妇女游行争取缩短工时、提高薪酬等权益，为妇女节埋下了种子，次年美国设立首个全国妇女节。1910年共产主义活动家、国际妇女运动之母克拉拉·蔡特金（Clara Zetkin）在国际会议上提议设立国际妇女节, 获广泛支持。

1911年，国际妇女节正式诞生。德国、瑞士、奥地利、丹麦等国开始庆祝这一节日。今年我们迎来了第115个国际妇女节。1975年，联合国首次正式承认国际妇女节。

根据国际妇女节官方公告，妇女节的代表色为：紫色、绿色、白色。
Purple signifies justice and dignity. White symbolizes purity. Green signifies hope.
其中，紫色代表正义和尊严，白色象征纯洁，而绿色意味着希望。
二、体育场上，美丽有罪？
巴胡斯指出的问题在如今的运动场上仍然尤为突出。女运动员们在世界舞台上巅峰竞技，可部分观众关注的却并非体育本身。

"I've worked my whole life to get to the top of what rugby is, and all of a sudden, that's been called into question because I'm wearing pink bows in my hair,"Evans said.

"My audience are little girls, so if there is a comment that's a bit [inappropriate] I do delete it, just so the people who actually watch me for gymnastics don't see that side of it.I just want [young girls] to look up to me, I want to be a good role model,”she said.
她表示，“我的观众都是小女孩，所以看到不太合适的评论，我会直接删掉——不想让那些真正看我体操的人看到这些。我只希望（年轻女孩们）能以我为榜样，我想成为一个好的榜样。”
三、"你无需改变"

尽管2025年是女子体育的里程碑之年，国际妇女体育组织（WomenSport International ，简称WSI）的最新发布的《助她追梦》（Let Her Dream）报告显示，梦想成为职业运动员的女孩比例已降至2020年以来最低点。短短一年内（2024年-2025年），梦想成为顶尖运动员的女孩比例就从38%跌到了23%。
该机构指出，这背后是性别刻板印象在作祟。
超过一半（53%）的男孩依然憧憬着成为体育明星。45%的女孩认同“人们认为体育属于男孩，对女孩无关紧要”，而持相反观点的男孩仅有5%。

Former Everton player and Wales international Gwennan Harries said social media had worsened the abuse faced by athletes.

She also called for greater visibility of women's sport.
她还呼吁，让女性体育获得更多关注。
"The more inspirational women on TV who are showing their talents and succeeding, it'll feed down to the next generation," she said.

"If you don't see it, you can't be it. So it's really important that those opportunities across sport are visible and is being publicized regularly with those people being treated well and respected."
