Alusion™ stabilized aluminum foam from Cymat makes up the crown of the impressive Jindi Sales Office set in the corner on Center Road.
Location
Center Road is the main pivot that runs through the area from east to west. The King Arrive Project Presentation Centre (金地瑞安江山壹品) is located at the street corner spreading along two directions. Being the intersection of the city grid, it naturally becomes a focal point for encounters.
Design
Due to the makeup of the corner and the total volume of construction, a quadrant arc is used to connect the corner’s two sides, forming a natural transition between the two interfaces. The unique qualities of the building are emphasized with diamond-shaped surfaces forming a glass-crowned effect using Cymat aluminum foam.
Despite the contrast between straight, curved, horizontal, and vertical lines, the difference between blurs and clearness is also included. That contrast creates a sculptural sensation, while the complementary relationship between materials is considered in order to form an organic whole.

Large-holed Alusion™ stabilized aluminum foam
Alusion™ stabilized aluminum foam is placed on the back of the glass crown to create a secondary interface that allows the abstract texture of metal to be visible during daytime. When night comes, indoor lights can stream out of holes on the aluminum foam, shaping such the elegant street corner.
