Apparel Customization Zone
HONGSAM provides comprehensive solutions for the apparel customization sector, including DTG direct-to-garment printing, DTF white ink heat transfer, and the innovative Hong-Jet® Full Digital Heat Transfer Printing solution.
The DTG solution uses JETEXTILE® Textile Pigment Color Inks and UltraWhite DTG Ink, supporting wet-on-wet printing. The result is breathable, soft prints with no stiff edges.
The DTF white ink heat transfer solution, paired with UltraWhite DTF Ink and specialized transfer film, enables precise printing on dark fabrics. Colors are vibrant, the hand feel is soft and fine, and the white ink offers exceptional stretch performance — achieving over 550% elongation on highly elastic fabrics without cracking.

HONGSAM’s Hong-Jet® Digital Foil Stamping solution covers three major applications: garment hot stamping, leather hot stamping, and polyester fabric hot stamping.
Using patented digital inkjet hot stamping technology, it delivers precise metallic luster directly on fabric surfaces. No primer coating is required, and it works seamlessly with any textile hot stamping film. The pattern definition far surpasses traditional methods, making it ideal for both apparel and home decoration. It produces rich color layers on genuine leather, PU, PVC, and microfiber leather. The JETALL® Latex Ink is safe and environmentally friendly, with printed garment leather passing SGS testing.
