Core Advantages: Excellent pigment particle size control and superior stability; no significant color fading after over 2 years of outdoor testing; dry and wet rub fastnesses reach Lv. 4-5, with outstanding scratch and water resistance; passed SGS environmental testing and certification. Coated Paper Heat Ink Solution:
Premium Texture, Presenting Quality
Designed specifically for coated paper series, it employs a heat-responsive resin system combined with heating and drying processes to achieve rapid fixation and film formation.
Core Advantages: Heat-responsive resin forms chemical bonds with the coating layer, solving the adhesion problems; providing excellent lamination fastness, wide color gamut with precise color reproduction; the ink layer is capable of hot stamping, lamination, and die-cutting. Gray Manila Board Ink Solution:
Economical and Practical, Efficient Coverage
Customized for the characteristics of gray manila paperboard, it achieves economical and efficient high-quality printing through high-opacity formulas and penetration-control technology.
Core Advantages: Its high opacity would effectively cover base-color imperfections; intelligent penetration control prevents back-side bleed-through; optimized cost design maintains price competitiveness; flexible ink film that doesn't crack or burst at folds. Corrugated White Ink Solution:
Base Layer Whitening, Unlimited Creativity
We creatively applied the white-ink digital-printing technology to corrugated cardboard. By using high-opacity white ink as a base layer, we transform yellow paper board into the "white canvas."
Core Advantages: Contains high-concentrated titanium dioxide with the whiteness over 80%; strong bonding between white and color inks, no peeling or smudging; saves 20%-40% in costs compared to pre-printed white cardstock; supports creative designs such as partial white space and reverse white text.
