莱昂纳德·科恩（Leonard Cohen），1934年9月21日出生于魁北克省蒙特利尔，加拿大演员、作曲、编剧、小说家。1956年于蒙特利尔发行了他的第一本诗集，并于1963年发行了第一本小说。他的作品经常描写对宗教的探讨、孤独、性以及人与人之间复杂的关系。早年以诗歌和小说在文坛成名，小说《美丽失落者》被评论家誉为60年代的经典之作。代表作有电影《我是你的男人》、专辑《Ten New Songs》等。
