"One can’t standif learns no etiquette", on June 27, in order to enhance the overall image of the enterprise, MHG held a business etiquette training in multimedia conference room of Minghe Industrial Park.




In the training, Fan Danfrom Office of General Manager served as thetrainer, and provided a fully explanation ofbasic knowledge including theclothing and appearance, manners etiquette and communication, etc., so thattrainees quickly mastered the skills to improve accomplishment and charm in thepublicin a short period of time. In order to achieve better training results,the instructor mobilized the atmosphere through on-site interaction, and sheobtained constantlaughter and applause. Just like that, people learnt practicalsocial etiquette knowledgein the thick atmosphere and praised such a full anddelightful experience.




It is understood that the MHG has been implementing talent thriving enterprise strategy, attaching great importance to personnel training and almost holding trainings every week. All kinds of appropriate curriculum settings and practical research arrangements attracted attentions from colleagues of headquarter subsidiaries and each departments, stimulatedeveryone's enthusiasm for learning and strengthenedtheir working skills. There are a group of lecturers in MHG, who aredisseminators of corporate culture and concept, promoters of job knowledge andskills and also propellant of enhancing staff quality.


Their responsibilities may seem simple, actually theyare difficult. It is necessary for them to help new employees be adaptive tocorporate culture, but also help the senior who had job change be familiar withthe new job as soon as possible and improve job skills, and lead the staffenthusiasm for learning to facilitate training and selecting team leaders.


They come from the MHG’s various departments andposts, some of them are elite sales and some are clerical work from Office ofGeneral Manager; today R & D manager explains research and developmentprocess for us, andtomorrow sales manager will share his operation experience,which all benefit the trainees.


Behind every successful training, there arealways their unremitting efforts. Each training may requiresa lecturer’sonemonthor even longer preparation: data collection, courseware, modification, triallecturing, MHG’s management team clearly knows how difficult it could be toprepare for a good course, so they pay certain teaching salary for eachlecturer to respect their sincere contribution. At the same time, during annualmeeting, MHG will choose the outstanding lecturer and reward him/her.
