MHGHuman Resources Department arranged a two-hour touring for students according to their peculiarity of specialties, including MHG trophy room, MHG engineering company, Minghe media, multimedia exhibition hall, multimedia meeting room and major workshops. Though the staff’s kind introduction and visiting experience, the students learnt about the development history, enterprise culture, management team and product introduction of MHG, and they felt about the corporate culture and management philosophy of MHG.

Through the study tour, MHG presented its good enterprise spiritto students from Changsha University of Science and Technology, which further promoted in-depth communications in terms of personnel and academic between MHG and the University, also help the students have a better understanding of working conditions and the prospect of the photonics industry, so that they obtain an increase of knowledge and good employment outlook.

It is known that, last month, Hunan Province Department of Education organized experts to review and select then decided to officially approve construction of forty-three demonstration bases for talent-training based on school-enterprise cooperation, nineteenvirtual simulation experiment teaching centers and six college student innovation training centers. MHG responded actively to the calling of the government, in order to cultivate high-quality practical talents, MHG cooperated with Changsha University of Science and Technology to create a new model of school-enterprise cooperation, gave full play to the advantage of both the school and enterprise, and laid a good foundation for the two parties to achieve a win-win situation.

It is reported that, for a long time, MHGhas been working on win-win cooperation with universities, and has set up new technology research centerin Hunan University and practice training base in Hunan Mass Media Vocational and Technical College. Early in 2013, MHGestablished the model of school enterprise cooperationwith Changsha University of Science and Technology, and participated in series of activitiesof Changsha University of Science and Technology as a special enterprise,which not only provided valuableexperience communicationfor talents with professional skills cultivated by the school and enterprise, but also achieved the advantages of both sidesto the greatest extent, and jointly promoted the win-win. In the future, MHG will have in-depth cooperation with more universities, further develop cooperation in various formsfor schools and enterprises, achieve enterprise resources combination and the optimal allocation andco-cultivate talentwho are necessary to economic and social development.
