Consolidation – FA

Role and Responsibility
Covers planning, forecast, closing and consolidation reporting of Hong Kong:
Budgeting and monthly forecast for signing, revenue, cost, profit of Hong Kong.
Closing activities including reporting daily closing numbers, processing journals and bridge of actual signing/revenue/GP.
Actual reporting to GCG/WW and presenting at review meetings to support Hong Kong on performance review, issue identification, and CTO deep-dive.
Coordinate with contract FA team and spending FA team to get solid assessment number.
Signing and backlog consolidation/certification, backlog run-out certification and review with leadership team.
Requirements:
Accountancy/Finance certified Professionals (eg : ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA) or • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related disciplines.
5- 8 years experience in Finance and Accounting field.
Possesses knowledge of desktop analytical, spreadsheet tools (MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point) and be able to use them to construct in-depth performance analysis. • Proficiency in word processing and groupware desktop technology is generally required.
Familiar with accounting relationships and can interpret the impact of accruals and deferrals.
Uses creativity and judgment to recognize problems and issues which are frequently beyond the scope of established procedures and practice.
Provide recommendations to improve existing procedures and practices.

Cloud Solution Architect

Serve as pre-sales architect and work with partners and sellers in assigned cloud strategic opportunities. He/she requires to work with cross-functional domain specialists to define customer requirements, build solution with costing, risk mitigation models, and overall solution approach and proposal.
Obtain good and accurate understanding of client’s requirement in closed collaboration with relevant partners and client stakeholders.
Articulate and present Kyndryl’s cloud services and solutions, best practices, use cases and industry trends to client during presales engagements
Produce solution model with components, costings, risk and mitigation factors that position Kyndryl to win opportunities
Responsible to compile and present technical solution and statements of work to client through assurance gating with Services Integration Hubs and Service Delivery Team
Participate in, and/or be responsible for the creation, harvesting, protection, and reuse of Kyndryl’s intellectual capital.
Maintain understanding of current and emerging technology, trends and toolsets in the industry.
Requirements:
Technical Degree (Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent) and/or relevant tech experience.
Extensive years of experience in designing and developing complex software solutions.
The right person will be a highly technical and analytical thinker, possess several years of hands-on: software development/technical integration/consulting experience.
Strong verbal and written communications in Hebrew and English.
Curious and fast learner. Able to build demos and present them.

Release Manager

Role and Responsibility
Work with development team for scheduling, planning, and controlling the software's development and delivery process.
Handle the DevOps team to make them deliver the services on time and will manage both IT operations and developers.
Responsible for the Release Management lifecycle that involves the stages such as scheduling the release, coordinating between teams, and deployment of release as per the schedule and within budget.
Release the software after completing the testing stage and deployment stage, and work closely with the application development team, testing team, and production team.
Maintain proper coordination between these teams to update the project related information.
Schedule, coordinate and manage releases for regular release, ad-hoc releases and UAT activities.
Requirements:
Bachlor Degree and/or relevant working experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
PMP certification.
