为适应发展需要，“宁波迪昂进出口有限公司”名称从2020年9月16日起变更登记为“宁波迪昂实业集团有限公司”，原公司所有业务由“宁波迪昂实业集团有限公司”继续经营。
即日起，我公司所有对内及对外文件等全部使用更名后名称（账号、税号不变）。公司更名后，业务主体和法律关系不变，原签订的合同继续有效，原业务关系保持不变。

We’re pleased to inform you that our company,
NINGBODYONIMP.&EXP.CO.,LTD
been renamed as:
NINGBODYONINDUSTRIALGROUPCO.,LTD
since September 30,2020.
From now on,all external and internal documents will be issued in the title of this new company,in the mean time the bank account numbers and tax registration numbers still remain unchanged as before.
Obligation of all on going contracts with NINGBO DYON IMP.&EXP.CO.,LTD will be taken on fulfilling without any influence.
