3.1 温度采集 Temperature acquisition
该主控板上预留有6个外接温度传感器接口,接口通过延长线与传感器相连,检测精度可达±0.5℃。通过丰富的温度传感器接口可采集多路温度,使温度控制更精确。
There are six external temperature sensor interfaces reserved on the main control board. The interface is connected with the sensor through extension line, and the detection accuracy can reach (+0.5 C). Multi-channel temperature can be collected through abundant temperature sensor interface, which makes temperature control more precise.
3.2 湿度采集 Humidity collection
该主控板上预留1路湿度传感器接口,可选择板载或者外接两种方式,精度可达±3%,用户可根据需要增加湿度检测功能,以便进行湿度监测和除湿等操作。
A humidity sensor interface is reserved on the main control board, and two modes of on-board or external connection can be selected. The accuracy can reach 3%. Users can add humidity detection function according to their needs for humidity monitoring and dehumidification operation.
3.3 风机调速 Fan speed regulation
该主控板可根据系统需要,对交流风机进行调速,可以更加节能和精确控温。
The main control board can adjust the speed of the AC fan according to the needs of the system, which can save energy and control temperature more accurately.
3.4 外部告警输入 External alarm input
该主控板含有3路外部告警干接点输入接口,可用于门禁,水浸,烟雾,压力等检测。
The main control board contains three external alarm dry contact input interfaces, which can be used for access control, water immersion, smoke, pressure and other detection.
3.5 电流/电压检测 Current/Voltage Detection
该主控板不但可以检测风机,压缩机/加热器的电流,还可以检测交流输入电压,风机电流精度可达±0.05A,压缩机/加热器电流精度为±0.2A,电压精度为±3V,可有效保护设备各部件,达到安全可靠。
The main control board can not only detect the current of the fan, compressor/heater, but also detect the AC input voltage. The current precision of the fan can reach (+0.05A), the current precision of the compressor/heater is (+0.2A), and the voltage precision is (+3V), which can effectively protect the components of the equipment and achieve safety and reliability.
3.6 干接点告警输出 Dry Contact Alarm Output
该主控板共有3路干接点告警输出,根据采集的信息和设置的参数,可产生相关告警,并可通过干接点信号输出,方便监控。
The main control board has three trunk contact alarm outputs. According to the collected information and the set parameters, the related alarm can be generated, and the trunk contact signal can be output to facilitate monitoring.
3.7 温湿度电流变送 Temperature and humidity electrorheological transmission
该主控板无需外接温湿度变送板,可直接进行4~20mA的电流输出,温湿度的变送范围可通过显示控制板或上位机进行修改。
Without external temperature and humidity transducer, the main control board can directly output current from 4 to 20 mA. The range of temperature and humidity transducer can be modified by display control board or upper computer.
