Starting from cookies is a wise choice.
If you start from cranberry cookies,
you're simply a genius.
Because cookies are
zero failures in the baking field,
and it tastes really good.
The only skill to make cookies is
to mix up all the materials together.
Here we go!
Ingredients:

Cake Flour 115g
Unsalted Butter 75g
Icing Sugar 50g
Dried Cranberry 35g
Egg 15ml
Method:
1. Add icing sugar into softened unsalted butter,
mix them evenly.
2. Add 15ml egg and mix.
3. Add dried cranberries and cake flour.
4. Make the dough a cuboid and freeze for 2 hours.
5. Cut the frozen dough into pieces and bake for
20 minutes in the middle of the 165℃ oven.

Make a cup of osmanthus tea,
taste the sweet and sour cookies,
feel the autumn in the winter sunshine.
