More water

You should drink 3-6 liter water every day. Besides, drink some salt water.
Drink correctly
Don't drink plenty of water when you are thirsty or sweat a lot.
Light-based diet

Choose to steam food and eat a lot of light food like fruits and vegetables which can help you speed up metabolism.
Enough sleep

You'd better sleep about 20-40 minutes at noon, but dont't sleep too long.
No rapid cooling
If you cool body rapidly when you're hot, your body pores will close quickly. And you will cause dizziness in the brain due to the rapid contraction of blood vessels.

No large temperature difference

The temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is not more than 5 degrees. The indoor temperature should not be below 24℃.
No going out
You'd better stay indoors between 10:00Am to 3:00Pm.
No violent exercise

You'd better exercise in the morning or night. Do not exercise violently at noon.
