Cooperated with “Bernoulli Effect”, it can achieve optimal aerodynamic layout, thus locks in the oil fumes firmly at the moment when they suddenly rise.
2.DE&E’s innovative air duct system achieves 1800Pa super air pressure due to the following reasons:
1) Scientific 22° downtilt angle design of fan system: perfect tilt angle effectively increases the air inlet and outlet areas, and oil fumes can directly be sucked and exhausted and at the same time a delta noise-reduction dual-area is formed;
2) With the MAX18 super air pressure core technology, full DC inverter motor, hurricane wide-area impeller, and unblocked pressure-boosting air duct system working in synergy, it thoroughly solves the problems of flue congestion and smoke backflow.

1.Annular runway fire guarantees more balanced cooking
DE&E’s brand-new annular runway fire technology achieves 8+8 segmented cluster, and double ring cross flame, enabling combustion more sufficiently and firepower more even. Combined with the center circle of rapid fire directly spray the bottom of the pan, 3D stereoscopic heating from outer ring fire to inner ring fire and then to center ring fire is achieved, and thus the whole pan bottom is ensured to be evenly heated.

DE&E’s annular runway fire technology equipped with 120mm super large diameter burner achieves optimal air-fuel mixture ratio, Chinese character "eight"-shaped wide-mouth channel fully releases the air-fuel mixture, and the four fan-shaped chambers provide internal secondary oxygen supply and thus 5.8kW continuous big firepower is reached. 3.70% high thermal efficiency
Anti-concave design of pan supports enables more rapid air circulation and continues to supply combustion, coordinated with fit design of the pan supports, heating surface area of the pan bottom is increased.
