Scope of Engagement
A wide range of research and analysis work including blockchain technology issues and blockchain investment issues. The tasks including:
· Conduct literature review on specific topics and summarize findings;
· Participate in many blockchain and AI related events in Hangzhou or other places;
· Collect data, build database, and analyze data to create insights in the targeted areas;
· Conduct interviews and develop case studies to prepare for thought leadership pieces;
· Support to draft outlines, background notes, reports and other pieces in specific areas;
· Develop infographics and PowerPoint slides for both the internal and external use
· Identify and develop quality contents for blockchain newspaper, blockchain cable TV channels and blockchain events;
· Coordinate with both internal and external teams to complete research projects

Ideal Candidate
· Bachelor’s degree from leading universities, but Master and PHD preferred;
· Finance, international business, finance, public policy, economics, computer science and relevant majors;
· Demonstrated ability to aggregate information from a variety of sources and analyze data creatively for impacts;
· Track record in research excellency with publications, conference proceedings, presentations, radio and video interviews, and other evidences;
· Must have strong interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency and fintech and deep knowledge of the subject is preferred;
· Strong communication skills including both writing and verbal in English language;
· Energetic, positive thinking, and self-starter;
· The fellow is expected to work 10-20 hours per week for minimum 3 months’ commitment.
