Crystal Clear English (皇家外教), a Private English school near West Lake Cultural Square, is recruiting part-time and full-time English teachers. Founded by a passionate Chinese woman and her foreigner friend, CCE has a deep understanding of how valuable a good teacher is and prides itself on equal opportunity employment for teachers who love to teach no matter where they may come from.
The average teaching salary is between 150 to 200RMB/Hour. Typical class size is 1-6 children who are between 3 and 14 years old. Class topics focus around improving speaking, listening, phonics, basic spelling, vocabulary and general English skills. Teaching materials and class management training are provided by the school.
Job Requirements
1. Fluent English with clear pronunciation and intonation;
2. Enthusiastic and passionate about teaching children;
3. Experienced in teaching kids English is preferred;
4. Teaching certificate such as TESOL, TEFL or CELTA is a great asset.
5. Strong communication skills with students and a good ability to work in teams.
