B20 Summit, as a platform directly proposing economic and policy suggestions to G20, is receiving close attention from all industries around the world. At the B20 Summit in recent years, more and more Chinese enterprises have also joined B20, an international platform. During the 2016 – 2017 B20 Summit, Cross-Border E-Commerce JUMORE, as a representative of the Chinese internet companies, has been invited to attend a series of conferences, and it has actively participated in the global economic governance. During B20 Summit 2017, as a member of the B20 digitalization taskforce, JUMORE even had an in-depth conversation with representatives around the world on how to utilize cross-border e-commerce to realize connectivity, and push forward the innovative growth of world economy. After decades of development, globalization has entered a critical period of transformation. The international community is calling for a “new” globalization with more justice, fairness, and mutual profits. Mr. Wolfgang Schäuble, German Finance Minister stressed his stance of anti-protectionism and guarding free trade at the welcome speech of the Summit. And German Chancellor Angela Merkel even pointed out at her speech that, “the international cooperation can only succeed through a win-win model.”

During the summit, John Danilovich, Secretary-General of International Chamber of Commerce mentioned at his discussion with JUMORE Chairman Lu Hongxiang that, there are lots of common points between the JUMORE business system and ICC. He wishes that through the efforts of ICC, JUMORE and WTO can establish a close cooperative relationship.

In the conversation with Prof. Dr. Katja Nettesheim, General Manager of Mediate, a leading German company specializing in digitalization service, and Mr. Hans Oppermann, founder of Hans Oppermann Consulting (HOC), digitalized transformation has been the hot topic of the discussion, both parties gave positive evaluation on the efforts that JUMORE has made in pushing forward the digitalized transformation of global companies, and reached consensus on relevant cooperation.

Deutsches Institut für Normung (DIN, Germany Institute for Standards) representatives spoke highly of the online “Quality Pavilion” of JUMORE. They believed that the “Quality Pavilion” is very attractive to German companies, and wished that they can offer the German standardization service to the world via JUMORE platform and thus push forward the development of intelligent manufacturing.

Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI) reached consensus with JUMORE on fully utilizing their resources to promote the trade communication and investment between China and Germany. GTAI is the official economic promotion agency of Germany. It has 50 offices around the world, and maintains close relationships with many major German institutions and cooperation partners.

Boniswa Telecom of South Africa is one of the most competitive telecommunication companies in Africa. At the invitation of Ms.Lynnette Magasa, CEO of Boniswa, JUMORE delegation attended the communication event held by Boniswa in Germany. Ms. Magasa is one of the invited speakers of the B20 Summit. Brandenburg is the last stop of JUMORE’s visit to Germany. The Brandenburg representatives warmly received the JUMORE delegation. Brandenburg has an extensive network of academic research institutions, modernized transportation and telecommunication infrastructures, and well-known industries, such as agriculture, automobile and machinery manufacturing, electronics, optics, etc. In the communication, the two parties discussed the establishment of JUMORE Brandenburg Pavilion together, so as to help the outstanding companies of the state to be more globalized. With the closing of B20 Summit, JUMORE’s visit to Germany has also successfully finished.
