化妆品国际分会CCI 入会申请

一、入会条件( Terms and Conditions ):

1．在企业所属国家工商（中国籍企业提供）或税务（外国籍企业提供）部门注册的具有营业执照的合法企业；

All thoseenterprises registered in State Commerce and Industry Bureau(for Chineseenterprise)or registered in tax office(for foreign enterprise)can apply formembership. 

2．有意愿加入本会；All those are willing to join.

3．遵守和维护本会章程。All those should abbey the regulation of ours.

 二、会员待遇( Member treatment )：

1．车辆的商务使用，仅限北京； - Can enjoy free use of vehicle for business purpose within thearea of Beijing.

2．劳动关系、知识产权、经营管理等法律事务的免费咨询；

- Can enjoyfree consulting on legal affairs such as labor relations, intellectual propertyand business management.

3．人力资源管理相关业务的免费咨询； - Can enjoy freeconsulting on business of human resources management.

4．进、出口化妆品申报、备案、报关清关的免费咨询；

- Can enjoy freeconsulting on the affairs of importation and exportation of cosmetics, applyingfor hygienic license and clearing custom.

5．海外注册公司的免费咨询； - Can enjoy free consulting of the affairs of establish companyoverseas.

6．商标注册、转让、驰名商标申请的免费咨询；

- Can enjoyfree consulting on registration of trade mark,transfer of brand and applicationfor reputed trademark.

7. 化妆品营销渠道推荐； - Distribution channel of cosmeticcan be recommended.

8. 化妆品生产企业推荐。 - Cosmetic manufacturer can berecommended.

三、需提供资料( Material required )：

1．中国籍企业需提供营业执照扫描件，并加盖红章；外国籍企业需提供税务登记证明或相关资料；

- Stamped copy of businesslicense for Chinese enterprise need to be provided；Foreignenterprise need to provide

taxregistration certificate or other information concerned.

2．企业简介； - Enterprise brief introduction need to be provided.

3．入会申请表； - Application form should be provided.

4. 中国籍企业需提供企业法人身份证复印件，外国籍企业需提供法人护照复印件。

- Chinese enterpriseshould provide copy of ID of judicial person; foreign enterprise should providecopy of passport of judicial person.
