On July 11, 2024, local time in Ankara, Türkiye, Xiamen C&D Hitek Co., Ltd. (C&D Hitek) signed a strategical partnership cooperation agreement with Elin Elektrik İnşaat Müşavirlik Proje Taahhüt Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. (Elin A.Ş ).
The agreement outlines both sides’ strategic intent to collaborate on topics including construction and operation of new PV cell production facility, the overall raw material supply chain operation, co-development execution of overseas projects as well as signing and executing relevant supply chain business orders. According to the agreement, Xiamen C&D Hitek will provide Elin A.Ş (Türkiye) with a comprehensive raw material supply chain service solution. This includes supporting Elin A.Ş’s existing 3.5 GW module production in Türkiye. The collaboration aims to achieve optimal material costs, reduce operational expenses, maintain the required quality standards, and enhance the profitability through effective cost control and value maximization for Elin A.Ş (Türkiye). This collaboration will ensure to leverage C&D Hitek's resource advantages across the entire industry chain and its expertise in supply chain services to optimize Elin’s supply chain requirements for production capacity in Türkiye. It aims to foster overall business growth and enhance innovation capabilities for Elin A.Ş (Türkiye ).
Additionally, Xiamen C&D Hitek will assist in upgrading and expanding production lines at Elin A.Ş's facilities in Türkiye. Both sides will leverage in extending the industrial chain and increasing added value.
In addition, C&D Hitek and Elin Elektrik will jointly explore and undertake energy projects in Türkiye and various European regions. This collaboration aims to develop sustainable and innovative power plant solutions, supporting Europe's transition towards renewable energy. Both parties will leverage technical expertise, project management experience, supply chain resources, and service capabilities to deliver advanced power plant projects that align with global environmental goals and offer high returns.
