While many prefer taking a morning shower to start the day feeling fresh and energized, there are benefits to taking a shower before bed too.

It is best to take a bath, or shower, about 1.5 h before going to bed. Be sure not to set the water temperature too hot – just like a cold shower it energizes your body, and it will also take you longer to cool down. A lukewarm shower is just right. To maximize the benefit of the night shower, try a showerhead with a massage mode – it will help eliminate fatigue and relax you even faster.
