In the previous article, we have already learnt how shower screens are made in JOMOO Shower Factory. Today we are continuing our factory tour and looking into the production process of another necessary item in the shower — shower heads!

A Robot Arm Lines Up the Molded Product Parts
Now, we are at the site where shower heads are made. We use the injection molding method for plastic bodies and smaller components. Raw materials are transported to each injection molding machine through pipelines, first liquefied, and then sprayed into the mold to form the product we need.
Silicone Shower Head Nozzles
The silicone nozzles for the shower heads are also produced here. Silicone is a new type of healthy and environmentally friendly material, which has a lot of appealing properties. It's corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant and has an exceptionally long service life.
The Electroplating Process
About 90% of the products undergo further processing — electroplating, which takes place at another site, then the products are sent back to this factory for the assembly process.
Now we can see the hand shower assembly process, which uses ultrasonic welding to connect the threaded joint and the body. The operation is carried out by factory workers in accordance with online work instructions.
The function test mainly uses micro computer control to precisely control the air pressure and ensure perfect functioning. That's why sometimes customers can notice water drops inside the product. After that, the factory workers manually test the shower heads.
Workers Packing the Showerheads
Product Packaging
After the function test, the factory workers inspect the products for bumps and scratches. When the inspection is complete, the products are packed and sent to the warehouse.
