2016年灌口·三圈海峡两岸车辆模型（平路）大奖赛定于2016年11月18-20日（赛程3天）在厦门三圈模型科技体验基地举办。

一、比赛项目
1、1/10电动房车竞速赛（公开组）
限额60人，满额停止报名
2、1/10电动房车竞速赛（限制组）
限额60人，满额停止报名，品牌厂车手、赞助车手谢绝参加本组别比赛
3、1/8内燃机平路车竞速赛
限额60人，满额停止报名
4、元老杯1/10电动房车竞速赛（公发组）
限额12人，满额停止报名
* 年龄50岁以上；
* 对车辆模型运动有杰出贡献或在国内、国际赛事上有过较好的战绩；
* 近5年内未参加车辆模型正式比赛；
* 目前仍从事车辆模型相关行业优先；
* 报名时请提供相关资料，赛事机构将根据实际情况进行甄选.
I：Events
1，1/10 EP Touring Modified
The limit of 60 people, full stop registration
2，1/10 EP Touring Pro Stock
The limit of 60 people, full stop registration, the sponsoring drivers declined to take part in the competitions
3， 1/8 GP On-road
The limit of 60 people, full stop registration
4，RC Elite cup 1/10 EP Touring (all cars are handed-out)
The limit of 12 people, full stop registration
* Age 50 years old;
* Have a good contribution to the vehicle model movement or have a good record in domestic and international competitions;
* In the last 5 years, not to participate in the vehicle model competition;
* Those who are still engaged in vehicle model-related industries will be given priority ；
* Please provide the relevant information, the event will be selected according to the actual situation.
二、奖励方式
1、1/10电动房车竞速赛（公开组）
取决赛A组、TQ、B组及以下组别前3名颁发奖杯及奖品
A组决赛奖金——
冠军：20000元
亚军：10000元
季军：5000元
第四名：3000元
第五名：2000元
第六名：1500元
第七名：1200元
第八名：1000元
第九名：1000元
第十名：1000元
三圈霸道动力奖：
全程（控制练习+预赛+决赛）使用三圈霸道电池参赛的选手中，最终排名最高的前三名分别给予10000元、5000元、3000元的三圈霸道动力奖。
2、1/10电动房车竞速赛（限制组）
取决赛A组、TQ、B组及以下组别前3名颁发奖杯及奖品
A组决赛奖金——
冠军：3000元
亚军：2000元
季军：1500元
第四名：1200元
第五名：1200元
第六名：1000元
第七名：1000元
第八名：800元

第十名：800元
3、1/8内燃机平路车竞速赛

七、缴费说明
1、缴费截止时间：2016年10月10日24：00（外籍选手除外）
2、如在规定时间内未缴费将视为报名未成功；
3、缴费成功后放弃参赛的选手报名费将不予退回；
4、如因不可抗力因素造成赛事取消将全额退回报名费用。
VII: Payment instructions
1. Payment by time: October 10, 2016 24:00(except for foreign drivers)
2. If not in the specified period of time will be deemed to not be successful registration;
3. After the success of the payment of the players to give up the entry fee will not be returned;
4. If the event is cancelled due to the event of force majeure, the registration fee will be refunded in full;
