2016 Guankou Sunpadow cross-strait RC car(on-road) grand prix Rules on Designated Products
一、1/8内燃机平路车竞速赛指定轮胎
轮胎品牌：意大利MATRIX标准黑轮毂海绵胎
轮胎型号：#8A32FC（前胎）/ #8P35FC（后胎）
轮胎规格：前胎胎径67mm，后胎胎径74mm
轮胎价格：160元/套（前轮+后轮）
基本规则：
1、本赛事轮胎限定使用赛事协办商MATRIX的#8A32FC/#8P35FC轮胎（轮胎为原厂磨好成品胎，比赛期间禁止磨胎及使用胎水），控制练习、预赛及决赛必须使用在赛场购买的指定轮胎（雨胎自备）；
2、赛员需在控制练习前至轮胎销售区，购买5套轮胎，检查完后，交由赛事工作人员标注和编号后封装，由赛会统一保管；赛事期间，可随时增加购买轮胎，但必须在购买后现场装入胶袋并贴上写有赛员编号的标签交给赛事工作人员。
3、赛员提前两组到工作人员处领取比赛用胎，在指定区域安装轮胎后等待进入比赛；
4、赛后在指定区域拆除轮胎，交还工作人员保存，一旦使用过的轮胎离开指定区域将不得再次使用，赛事全部结束后所有轮胎返还赛员；
5、11月11日起比赛现场将有设轮胎销售区供赛员购买轮胎进行赛前练习。
I. Tyres designated for the racing of 1/8 GP On-road
Tyre brand:
Tyre model: #8A32FC(front tyre) /#8P35FC (rear tyre)

Price: 160 Yuan/set (front tyres+ rear tyres)
Basic rules:
1. #8A32FC/#8P35FCtyres of Matrix, the co-organizer of the event are designated for the event (the tyres are finished tyres delivered by the original factory, and wheels cannot be grinded and tyre water cannot be used during the competition).Designated tyres purchased at the competition venue shall be used for controlpractice, preliminary and final (rain tyres shall be self-prepared);
2. The contestants shall purchase five sets of tyres at the tyre selling area before the control practice. After checking the tyres, hand them to the staff who will label andnumber them before seal them up. The purchased tyres will be under the custody of the event organizer; during the event, contestants can purchase more tyresat any time, but the tyres shall be put into a rubber bag and labeled with the number of the contestant at the site and handed to the staff.
3. Contestants shall pick their tyres for the competition from the staff in advance by two group sand wait for the start of the competition after installing the tyres at the designated area;
4. After the competition, the tyres shall be dismounted at the designated area and returned to the staff. The used tyres cannot be used again once they leave thedesignated area. After all the competitions are over, all tyres will bereturned to the contestants;
5. From November 11, atyre selling area is set at the competition venue for the contestants to purchase tyres for warming-up practice.
二、1/8内燃机平路车竞速赛指定燃油

基本规则：
1、控制练习、预赛及决赛期间，赛员不得使用其它品牌燃油参赛；
2、11月11日起比赛现场将有设燃油销售区供赛员购买，赛员无需自带燃油；

三、1/10电动房车竞速赛指定轮胎（含公开组和限制组）
轮胎品牌：SWEEP （2016北京IFMAR世界赛专用胎）

内胆型号：EXP - C(MEDIUM)
轮毂型号：SWEEP EXP-WAW
轮胎价格：170元/套（前轮+后轮）
雨胎型号：EXP-WT-WC
雨胎价格：190元/套（前轮+后轮）
基本规则：
1、本赛事轮胎规则将参照2016北京IFMAR电房世界赛规则，轮胎限定本次赛事协办商Sweep的EXP-DY-WC（2016北京电房世界赛选用轮胎，轮胎已粘合），控制练习、预赛及决赛期间每位赛员限定使用四套。（轮胎销售区有安排雨胎销售，赛事机构会根据天气状况决定是否使用雨胎）；
2、进入决赛A组赛员可增加一套新轮胎；
3、赛员需在控制练习前至轮胎销售区，购买并选定的4套参赛用胎，交由赛事工作人员粘贴轮胎标签，并标注和编号后封装，由赛会统一保管，赛事全部结束后所有轮胎返还赛员；
4、赛员提前两组到工作人员处领取比赛用胎，在指定区域安装轮胎后等待进入胎水区;
5、赛事现场设有胎水区，免费提供指定胎水给赛员使用。在前一组比赛开始一刻可以开始使用胎水。前一组比赛结束时停止使用胎水。（赛事禁止使用暖胎机）；
6、赛后在指定区域拆除轮胎，交还工作人员保存;
7、11月11日起比赛现场将设有限定轮胎的销售区,方便赛员购买赛前练习轮胎。
III. Tyresdesignated for the racing of 1/10 EP Touring Modified & 1/10 EP Touring Pro Stock

Basic rules:
1. The rules of 2016 Beijing Electric Limousine World Tournament will be referred to for the rules of tyre of the current event. EXP-DY-WC of Sweep,the co-organizer of the event will be designated for the event (tyres used in 2016 Beijing IFMAR world Championship, the tyres have been bonded). Every contestant is limited to four sets during the control practice, preliminary andfinal. (Rain tyres are sold at the tyre selling area. The organizer of the event will determine whether rain tyres will be used based on the weather conditions);
2. Contestants of Group A that enter the final may increase one set of new tyres;
3.Contestants shall purchase and select four sets of tyres for the competition at the tyre selling area before the control practice and hand them to the staff for bonding and labeling. After the tyres are sealed up, they will be under the custody of the event organizer. After all competitions are over, all tyres will be returned to the contestants;
4.Contestants shall pick their tyres from the staff in advance by two groups of contestants and wait for entering the tyre water area after installing the tyres at the designated area;
5. A tyre water area is set at the competition venue, which provide free tyre water tothe contestants. Contestants may begin to use the tyre water from the start of competition of the previous group and shall stop using the tyre water as soon as the competition of the previous group is over (Use of tyre warmer is for bidden in the event);
6. Tyres shall be dismounted at the designated area after the competition and returned to the staff;
7. From November 11, a selling area of limited tyres is set at the competition venue for the contestants to purchase tyres for warming-up practice.
四、1/10电动房车竞速赛指定电调及马达（限制组）
电调品牌：不限
电调型号规格：不限，但必须符合ROAR认证的零进角闪灯模式
马达品牌：Hobbywing
马达型号及规格：V10 G213.5T
马达价格：350元/个（可自备）
基本规则：
1、控制练习、预赛及决赛期间，赛员需使用指定品牌、型号、规格的马达参赛，不允许改动马达任何部件；
2、马达自备，11月15日起比赛现场将有设马达销售区供赛员购买；
IV. Electronic speed controller and motor designated for the racing of 1/10 EP Touring Pro Stock
Electronic speed controller brand: Unlimited
Model and specification: Unlimited, but shall conformant to the ROAR certified zero-entering angle flashing light mode
Motor brand: Hobbywing
Motor model and specification: V10 G2 13.5T
Motor price: 350 Yuan/unit (Can beself-prepared)
Basic rules:
1. During the control practice, preliminary and final, contestants shall use the designated brand,model and specification of motor and may not modify any part of the motor;
2. Motor shall beself-prepared. From November 15, a motor selling area is set at the competition venue for the contestants to purchase;
五、1/10电动房车竞速赛指定电池（限制组）
电池品牌：三圈霸道低重心竞速锂电池
电池规格：6000mAh 120C
电池价格：300元/组（报名费可抵扣购买电池款项）
基本规则：
1、控制练习、预赛及决赛期间，赛员需使用指定品牌、规格电池参赛；
2、赛员需在报到时购买2组指定电池，每位赛员已缴交的报名费200元可用于抵扣电池款项，每组电池抵扣100元，赛事期间，可再随时增加购买指定电池；
3、11月11日起比赛现场将有设电池销售区供赛员购买指定电池进行练习。
V. Battery designated for the racing of 1/10 EP Touring Pro Stock
Battery brand: Sunpadowlow gravity center race lithium battery
Specification: 600mAh 120C
Price: 300 Yuan/pack (the sign-up fee can beused to pay for the purchase of battery)
Basic rules:
1. During the control practice, preliminary and final, contestants shall use the designated brand and specification of battery;
2. Contestants shall purchase two designated batteries when checking in. The sign-up fee of 200 Yuanpaid by every contestant can be used to pay for the battery. During the competition, the contestants can purchase more batteries at any time;
3. From November 11, a battery selling area is set at the competition venue for the contestants to purchase designated battery for practice.
