签到（提交后补的AMB号码），填写参赛车辆模型资料；
提交个人意外险保单凭证及签署免责书，也可以在报到处购买保险（价格30元/人）；
领取选手证、助手证及赛事册。
注：
每位1/10电房竞速赛选手配助手证1张；
每位1/8内燃机平路车竞速赛选手配助手证2张；
两项兼报选手配助手证2张。

1/10电房竞速赛（限制组）指定电池
报名该项目的选手，每位赛员最少需购买2组指定三圈霸道电池，报名费200元可抵扣购买电池款项。
4
指定轮胎
1/10电房竞速赛（公开组和限制组）
控制练习、预赛及决赛期间每位赛员限定使用4套, 进入决赛A组赛员可增加1套新轮胎，赛员需在2016年11月15-16日至轮胎销售区，购买并选定的4套参赛用胎，现场修整后交由赛事工作人员粘贴轮胎标签，并标注和编号后封装，由赛会统一保管，赛事全部结束后所有轮胎返还赛员；
1/8内燃机平路车竞速赛
每位赛员需在2016年11月15-16日至轮胎销售区，购买最少5套轮胎，检查完后，交由赛事工作人员标注和编号后封装，由赛会统一保管；赛事期间，可随时增加购买轮胎，但必须在购买后现场装入胶袋并贴上写有选手编号的标签交给赛事工作人员，赛事全部结束后所有轮胎返还赛员；

1/8内燃机平路车竞速赛指定燃油
11月15日起，售卖区开始提供指定Runner Time燃油销售，赛员无须自带燃油。

1/10电房竞速赛（限制组）指定马达
11月15日起，售卖区开始提供指定Hobbywing马达销售。
参 赛 须 知
2016年11月17日全天为分组控制练习时间，将根据控制练习成绩进行预赛分组，未参加控制练习的赛员由赛事机构安排预赛组别；
参 赛 流 程
赛 员
每组赛员在入口处报到并排队等候上组赛员下楼后，方可上楼至操控台参赛，结束后下楼将遥控器放在指定区域进入赛道为下一轮赛员当公共助手，未当公共助手的取消该轮成绩。
助 手
提前两组在验车区取胎—装胎—上胎水—验车后（赛事现场设有胎水区，免费提供赛会指定Mighty Gripper V3胎水，禁止使用暖胎机），听裁判指令进入赛道，将参赛车辆放入指定发车区域后离开赛道，比赛结束后立即进入赛道将参赛车辆取回，交验车处复检后，卸胎—交胎—离开验车区。
赛 员

Instructionson Check in and Participation
I. Instructions on Check-in:
1. Check-in time:9:00-16:00 on November 15 to 16, 2016
2. Check-in location:Check-in office near the maintenance area of ARC International Racing Track
3. Check-in process:
① Checkin (submitting the AMB number)，Fillin the car model information。
② Submitting the personal accident insurance policy and signing a disclaimer, the players can also buy in surance at the check-in office (price 30 Yuan/person)
③ Receive player's certificate, assistant's certificate and event's manual
Notes: Every player of1/10 electric RC sprint can receive one assistant's certificate;
Every 1/8 scale on-road sprint can receive two assistant's certificates;
Every player that participates in both sprints can receive two assistant's certificates。
II. Buying specified products:
Time: 9:00-16:00 onNovember 15 to 16, 2016
Location: The selling area near the maintenance area of ARC International Racing Track
1、1/10 EP Touring Pro Stock Specified battery：
Every player in this item shall at least buy two sets of designated sunpadow batteries, and can offset the registration fee of 200 Yuan for the purchase of batteries;
2. Designated tyres:
①1/10 EP Touring Modified and 1/10 EP Touring Pro Stock
For the controlled practice, preliminaries and final, every player is limited to use four sets of tyres. Players of Group A entering the final may use one more set of new tyres. Players shall buy four sets of tyres at the tyre selling area on November 15-16, 2016 and after finishing at the site submit them to the staff of the event who will label the tyres and seal them up after marking and numbering them. The tyres will be under the unified custody of the event. After all the events are over, all tyres will be returned to the players;
②1/8 GP On-road
Every player shall buy at least five sets of tyres at the tyre selling area on November 15-16, 2016. After checking the tyres, the player shall submit the tyres to the staff of the event who will seal them up after marking and numbering them. The tyres will be under unified custody of the event. During the event, the players may buy more tyres at anytime. However, after buying, they shall put the tyres into a plastic bag at the spot and attach the label with the number of the player and submit the tyres tothe staff of the event. After all the events are over, all tyres will be returned to the players;
3. Designated fuel (for details, refer to the rules on designated products)
4. Designated electronic speed controller and motor (for details, referto the rules on designated products)
III. Instructions on Participation:
1. The whole day of November 17, 2016 is the time for controlled practice for each group. The scores of controlled practice will be taken as basis for the grouping of the preliminaries. Participants who have not taken part in the controlled practice will be arranged to a group by the event organizer;
2. Participationprocess:
① 1/10 EP Touring Modified and 1/10 EP Touring Pro Stock
Players:
Every group of players shall check in at the entrance, and wait in line until the players of previous group come downstairs and go upstairs to the control consol. After the game is over, they shall come downstairs and put the remote controller at the designated area, and enter the racing track to act as public assistant for the players of next group. The score of the current round will be cancelled if they do not act as public assistant;
Assistants:
Take the tyres at theinspection area--mount the tyres--apply the tyre water--inspect the car（A tire traction area is set at the competition venue, which provide free tire traction to the contestants Use of tyre warmer is forbidden in the event），enter the racing track according to the instruction of the referee, put the car into the designated starting area and leave the racing track. As the game is over, enter the racing track immediately and take back the car, and give it to the inspection area forre-examination, uninstall the tyres--submit the tyres--leave the inspection area;
②1/8 GP On-road
Players:
Every group of players shall check in at the entrance, and wait in line until the players of previous group come downstairs and go upstairs to the control consol. After the game is over, they shall come downstairs and put the remote controller at the designated area, and enter the racing track to act as public assistant for the players of next group. The score of the current round will be cancelled if they do not act as public assistant (in the final, the event organizer will arrange public assistants);
Assistants:
Take the tyres at the inspection area--mount the tyres-- --inspect the car, enter the refueling area of the racing track according to the instruction of the referee and wait for the start. As the game is over, take back the car, and give it to the inspection area for re-examination, uninstall the tyres--submit the tyres--leave the inspection area;
