Nowadays, it’s not a age of seller’s market that you can sell out everything you want. As a word said:The best quality is not required, but the best sale volume must be. Therefore, you should stock up according to the market reaction instead of hoard too many single product.If the product is sold well,supply it. If not,take it off or dispose of it.

There is no doubt that doing business is about money, most of business men want to make profits on every items, every product and every moments. However, not every product in the store will be profitable, you can classify your products as sales products, profitable products, offensive products and symbolic products. With a simple analysis of their own sales, you will be aware of the product positioning, which is an important strategy for running a store.



Sales products increase sale volume to the store. Their profits are low but high sales, which can bring customers.Profitable products are the main products. Their style, quality and price are competitive which can bring margins to the store.The offensive products are targeted at the products of the surrounding competitors to seize the market. Symbolic products are high-grade products to enhance the store's image and level.

 The supplier is not competitive


A good supplier is the basis for a successful store, finding a good supplier can solve the boss’s worries so that they can concentrate on sales. Good suppliers are scarce, you should have a detailed communication with your supplier in order to know about their concepts,availability and business awareness and so on.
