随着“营改增”在全国范围内的深入开展，越来越多的企业可以开具增值税专用发票，使受票方企业可以获得更多的进项税额抵扣，企业税负大大减轻。与普通发票不同，开具增值税专用发票需要录入受票方的完整信息，如：企业名称、纳税人识别号、注册地址和联系电话、开户行及帐号等，开票者需要花费更长的时间进行录入并核对信息的准确性，消费者也需要额外花时间对开票信息进行确认，整个流程复杂繁琐、极易出错。
