Engineering Experiment Center of Newland passed the on-site supervision and expansion assessment by CNAS 

News: A few days ago, Engineering Experiment Center of Newland passed the on-site supervision and expansion assessment of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), which is the highest accreditation body of the National Laboratory. These 135 test items in application for expansion were accredited by CNAS, and the test reports issued by CNAS can be recognized by 81 authorities in more than 60 economic entities in the world. This represents the Engineering Experiment Center of Newland has become the first enterprise laboratory whose detectability comprehensively covers the standards of barcode scanning industry, which is able to provide product testing, technical assessment and quality evaluation services for the global automatic identification industry so as to promote orderly competition in the industry.

It is known that the test items covered by the industry standards, the formulation of which is presided by Newland Computer Company: “Information Technology - General Specifications for Area Array 2D Barcode Scan Engine”, “Information Technology - General Specifications for Non-contact 1D Barcode Scanner” and “Information Technology - General Specifications for Non-contact 2D Barcode Scanner”, and the new EMC test items for information technology equipment have been recognized. This is the first on-site supervision and expansion assessment of the Center following the accreditation by CNAS in September 2015.

新大陆工程实验中心通过国家实验室CNAS现场监督和扩项评审

新大陆工程实验中心日前顺利通过国家实验室最高级别的认证机构——中国合格评定国家认可委员会(CNAS)的现场监督和扩项评审。本次申请扩充的135项检测项目获得CNAS认可，出具的检测报告可得到全球60多个经济体81个权威机构的承认。此举标志着新大陆工程实验中心成为国内首家检测能力全面覆盖条码识读设备行业标准的企业实验室，可对全球自动识别行业提供产品检测、技术评估以及质量评价服务，促进行业有序竞争。

据了解，新大陆电脑公司主持制定的三项行业标准：《信息技术 面阵式二维码识读引擎通用规范》、《信息技术 非接触式一维码扫描枪通用规范》、《信息技术 非接触式一维码扫描枪通用规范》所覆盖的检测项目及新增信息技术设备EMC检测项目通过认可，这是中心继2015年9月通过CNAS认可后的第一次现场监督和扩项评审。
