Politicians and Representatives from BRICS Visit Newland

As one of the important events during BRICS leaders meeting in Xiamen, the BRICS Political Parties, Think-Tanks and Civil Society Organizations Forum was grandly held in Fuzhou on June 10 to June 12. On June 11, Ms. Wang Jing, the President of Newland Hi-Tech Group, is invited to attend the Forum and participates in the “BRICS Bank Executive - Corporate Dialogue”.

On June 12 afternoon, a delegation of 80 attendant representatives of the BRICS Political Parties, Think-Tanks and Civil Society Organizations Forum visits Newland Group.

The President Wang Jing, Luka Chang and Chen Lan introduce the development history of Newland and the industrial profile to foreign politicians and scholars. Guests have a strong interest in the innovation achievements of Newland in IT, Internet of Things payment platform, big data and environmental protection science and technology. They either ask technical parameters or learn about the market position and development prospects of products. Ms. Wang Jing introduces the development of Newland from IT and environmental protection to the Internet of Things and big data, the five changes experienced and three important milestones, i.e. “company listing”, “experiencing financial crisis” and “General Secretary Xi inspection”, which makes the Newland embark on a new level again and again. In the meantime of continuous expansion of domestic market, Newland gives a positive response to the national “the Belt and Road” development strategy to promote China’s manufacturing industry to be globally competitive. Now Newland has become a POS equipment supplier ranking the first in Asia-Pacific and the third in the world, and also the leader in barcode identification, with products sold to more than 100 countries around the world.

When the trip of 30 minutes goes in a flash, the President Wang Jing has to shake hands with guests one by one to say farewell. Guests all believe that the development of big data in China is leading in the world, and advanced concepts and applications can drive the development of global big data technology. They wish more opportunities to cooperate and exchange with Newland.
