TimDai, jazz guitarist, author of “Guitar Lessons for Musicians”, teaching director of Guitar World. He was graduated from Berklee College of Music.

It has been several years since his last original band. During the years when his band was stranded, he also achieved some success in the field of education. But as time went on and his life changed, he had to wonder, "Is he still a musician?"

"Out into the rain" was the beginning of his rebirth as a musician. Pick up the past works, sort out the inspiration fragments accumulated over the years, and review the changes in life, mood and situation over the years. He reassembles his excellent band, writes a brand new composition, and goes out into the rain once more.

Jhonny Joseph is a drummer, pianist, singer, composer/arranger who has devoted his life to serving music. His innovative approach turned him into a leading figure in his country from a very young age.He is recognized as the first person ever to create a fusion between the traditional Mauritian music and jazz, which is today’s favorite style of music in Mauritius. For this he received numerous awards and even after living in Shanghai for over a decade, he remains an important figure in his country. Jhonny’s music and spirituality carry on inspiring people in his second home- China. Performing, recording, educating- he does it all with the same charismatic personality.

Xu Zhitong, Master and Doctor of Jazz Drummer of the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München; Drummer of the Landes Jugend Jazz Orchester; Drummer of UMPA Jazz band in Munich, Germany. In 2018, Xu Zhitong won the China's outstanding jazz drummer of the year. In 2017, he won the first place of "JUNGER DEUTSCHER JAZZPREIS 2017" and the second place of Germany's "Kurt Maas Jazz Award 2017". Through his extremely mature music understanding ability, he always has the passion for music. With acumen, creative musicality, ability to control the character, and his obvious personal style and sound recognition, he was deeply impressed. The famous jazz pianist and educator Andreas Kissenbeck once said that "Xu Zhitong's talent and innate music are undoubtedly the top of all the students I have seen so far. His music is like fireworks. It’s gorgeous, volcanic and hot, worthy of sculpting and delicate sensibility. I believe that he will be a highly sought-after drummer on any jazz stage in the world." At the same time, he was often invited to collaborate with famous jazz musicians from all over the world.

Yu Xinyi, jazz singer. She is a talented singer who loves singing and has accumulated experience in many performances. In the spring of 2020, she went to JZ School to learn vocal music skills and jazz singing systematically from jazz singer Jade Lee and Coco Zhao. Learned jazz theory and history from Huang Jianyi, Alec Haavik,  Lawrence Ku and other teachers. She is currently active in Blue Note, JZ LIVE and other jazz music venues.

Hippies on the Road is a Hardbop band project started by young guitarist Junyi Liang and young saxophonist Wang Yu. The band's style is influenced by Blues, Soul and other roots music, while constantly absorbing new sounds from Postbop and New Age Jazz. The band's repertoire includes mainstream jazz tunes from Horace Silver, Paul Desmond, Cannonball Aldderley, Kenny Burrell, Fred Jackson, etc., with the band members' own interpretations, restoring the classics while continuing to innovate. They hope to give listeners a jazz communication through time and space.

Vanessa, graduated from the Los Angeles Musicians Institute with a degree in independent music production. She also studied jazz singing. She is a talented composer, performer and singer. Mainly sings STANDARD, but also performs a variety of music styles, such as SWING、BOSSA NOVA、BALLAD、BLUES、POP and FUNK. In addition to being good at singing jazz songs, she is also good at singing old songs in Both Chinese and English and performing them in her own style. While studying in the United States, she attended many music festivals such as MEET FRESH、SUMMER MUSIC FESTIVAL-SACRAMENTO and UNCOURE CLUB MUSIC FESTIVAL(SAN FRANSISCO). With her many years of stage experience, she has performed many times with large and small bands. Her music is a combination of classical and modern musical elements, sometimes deep and mellow, sometimes fresh and soft, showing her profound composition and singing skills. 

Sugarcube is a band formed by trombonist Cao Kan and saxophonist Huang Ye, with special guests singer Wink and Vane. Stay tuned!

Hua Ziweng, assistant professor of jazz orchestra of Shanghai Conservatory of Music, master of jazz saxophone. Under the tutelage of Professor Zhang Xiaolu, Professor of Saxophone and Director of Jazz Teaching and Research Section of Shanghai Conservatory of Music. He has performed in China (Shanghai) Modern Jazz Teaching Seminar, Shanghai JZ Festival, Asia Saxophone Conference, Shanghai Conservatory of Music - Berklee College of Music Joint Jazz Ensemble National Tour and other international music events. He has been invited to participate in IPEA International Percussion Competition and served as the chief saxophone of Shanghai Conservatory of Music Jazz Big Orchestra. The first prize of jazz professional group in the Berlin International Music Competition in 2020. He has performed with many international jazz artists such as Jamey Aebersold, Gene Aitken, Eddie Gomez, Eric Marienthal, Nils Landgren, Antonio Hart, David Liebman, etc.
