This premium quality olive oil is produced with the Arbequina olives harvested during the full moon of October. It holds an intense golden-yellow colour with touches of green. Its aroma is elegant and rotund, rich in vegetal hints of lettuce, artichoke and wild thistle with fruity notes of unripe tomato and fresh walnut.
