背靠2000米Serra da estrela群山的杜奥,是葡萄牙高品质的葡萄酒产区,建立于1908年。那里拥有古老的葡萄园、丰富的土著品种、独特的花岗岩土壤以及大西洋气候!然而1940年之后的几十年里因政策强制推行合作社模式,导致众多酒农离开故土,留下的只有老藤葡萄园。

安东尼奥·马德拉的家族来自杜奥,父母在1970年代搬到巴黎寻求更好的发展。安东尼奥在巴黎出生并长大,并有一份待遇颇高的工程师工作!喝葡萄酒是他的爱好。直到2010年他回到爷爷奶奶的村子度假,发现了有意思的葡萄老藤,但当地却没有好喝的葡萄酒,于是萌生了复活老藤葡萄园的念头。在对当地果农深入调研后,一边学习一边在车库里试验。我问他怎么学会酿酒的,他说自己学习工程专业,有非常强的学习探索能力。言下之意就是他有天赋!2017年,安东尼奥毅然决定辞去巴黎大公司的高薪高职,卖掉了巴黎的公寓,带着妻儿回到杜奥,建立一家简易的酒庄,开始全职酿酒!

作为生物动力学与自然酒的酿酒师,他说自然酒不是脏酒dirty wine,自然酿酒是最大的酿酒挑战,从葡萄园到酿酒看似简单但都极为细节;杜奥的葡萄品种相当复杂,他说,希望每一瓶他的酒都能表达杜奥的风土!比如:在十八个月在旧橡木桶中自然发酵,再在不锈钢罐里陈酿半年;百年老藤,亦或几十个品种混酿,亦或单一园酿造,最终得到香气独树一帜,完美平衡,回味持久的佳酿。


十五年过去,安东尼奥·马德拉的葡萄酒在酿酒界引起了广泛的关注,受到酒评家的青睐,让杜奥产区重新回到了高品质酒的舞台。他说:自己不只是勇敢,如果在巴黎肯定可以获得十倍以上的高薪,而且穿着体面,每天都能喝好酒,但是人生只有一次,生活要带着追求才有意义!

Antonio Madeira, who is French of Portuguese descent, has his roots in the foothills of the Serra da Estrela in Dão and since 2010 has been combing this sub-region looking for that old heritage or, as he calls it, the Grands Crus of the Dão Highlands. He found a series of old vineyards that are distinctive because of the authenticity of their grape varieties along with the characteristics and nuances of their granite soils and sun exposures. The resulting wines are startlingly pure - etched with clean lines, fresh acidity and crunchy mineral texture.

安东尼奥·马德拉酒庄白葡萄酒的葡萄来自25年树龄的葡萄园(种植依克加多和碧卡品种)以及树龄在50至70年的老藤葡萄园。采用田间混酿的方式,融合了 20 种本土葡萄品种,其中部分为已被遗忘的稀有品种

The white Branco 2021 comes from 25 years old vineyards (Encruzado and Bical) and from old vineyards (50-70 years old) where we found field blends of 20 autochthonous grape varieties, some of them forgotten varieties.

口感丰富,香气复杂,融合了果香、花香、乳酸与矿物质气息,清新如水晶般剔透,入口优雅饱满,带有咸鲜风味。余味悠长浓郁,蕴含花岗岩赋予的矿物质感。

Tasty, complex aromas, fruit, flowers,lactic and mineral, fresh and crystalline, elegant and full bodied saline mouth. Long, intense and mineral finish (granite).

António Madeira Tinto

安东尼奥·马德拉酒庄红葡萄酒由多个地块的葡萄混酿而成,其中包含许多本土葡萄品种,特别是阿弗莱格、宾艾拉和珍拿。

Tinto 2021 is a red wine produced from the blending of several vines where there are many indigenous grape varieties, especially the Alfrocheiro, Tinta Pinheira and Jae.

Elegant and expressive, with wild red fruits, dried flowers, spice, fine tannins, and granite minerality.

António Madeira Vinhas Velhas 2020is a blend sourced from 20 small, old-vine plots personally tended by António. This wine epitomizes the winery's winemaking philosophy, crafted from vines ranging from 50 to 100 years old.

深邃而优雅,红醋栗与玫瑰花瓣的芬芳裹挟着森林地表的湿润气息单宁如羽织般细腻,矿物内核在余韵中绵延不息。

Profound and graceful, with redcurrant,rose petal, forest floor, fine tannins,and a lingering mineral core.
