Sales Account Manager - Power
Working Location:
Shanghai, Shenzhen.
Responsibilities:
Strategy account management to establish strong relationships with all relevant functional groups within the customer organizations through frequent visit and teleconferences.
Fully engage the top focused customers and find all the opportunities to present Wolfspeed SiC & GaN products by leveraging the deep understanding to the customers and its system know-how.
Identify all the sockets with FAE team, and provide basic technical support as warranted by the customer to assist DIN/DWIN developments or resolving quality inquiries.
Provide quarterly revenue forecast with accuracy and analytical details for the customers. Meet and exceed assigned revenue on continuous growth targets.
Manage distributors to ensure sales objectives are achieved. This will include identifying potential partners and continually evaluating existing partners effectiveness / performance to meet their sales objectives.
Dig out and share competitive market information to management team and BU team, and drive the direction of product marketing and development.
New customer prospecting to increase market penetration for existing applications.
Requirements:
Self-motivator with strongly drive to achieve business objectives.
Strong problem-solving skills and negotiating skills.
Demonstrated systematic approach to managing personal sales process and documenting customer situations.

Sr. FAE - Power
Working Location:
Shanghai, Shenzhen.
Responsibilities:
Engage customers to identify business opportunities with system and device knowledge.
Study system specifications to understand challenge of customer new design, make solution proposal.
Promote Wolfspeed solution and device to customer design to build design-in pipeline.
Monitor customer design efforts, provide remote and on-site support to close technical issues to get design-win.
Answer technical inquiries from existing and prospective customers with proper documentation and timely feedback / analysis.
Support new product launches, including training for Wolfspeed sales engineers and regional channel partners.
Distribute reference design and demonstrate the platforms from AE team to target customers.
Develop and present materials at technical seminars, tradeshows and distributor training.
Provide market feedback to BU with consolidated customer requirements to define new products and product enhancements.
Requirements:
BS degree in Power Electronics.
Minimum of 5 years for power systems design or FAE position with practical experience.
Has connection with new energy and power supply market major suppliers.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Customer presentation skills.

Sr. FAE - RF Products
Working Location:
Shanghai (Xi’an and Shenzhen are acceptable too).
Responsibilities:
Perform a key technical support role for customers in China.
Engage customers to identify new business opportunity for RF amplifier products.
Drive technical promotion and support for key customers.
Present technical features and benefits to the customer.
Identify any technical roadblocks and create strategies to address.
Interact face-to-face with customers in support of design-win activity.
Conduct modeling seminars at key customers.
Co-work with BU AE team in Shanghai and U.S. for solution development and key account support.
Review SFDC funnel and map out plans to close design wins.
Requirements:
5 + years Design Engineering for RF PA in wireless infrastructure (5G or 4G Base Station), or microwave system.
If come from Application Engineering role, interacting directly with customers to solve technical problems for RF PA.
High-power RF experience required with either GaN HEMT, Si LDMOS or GaAs MESFET, GaAs pHEMT.
Strong knowledge in tuning high power amplifiers and circuit optimization.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with global teams and customers.
Fluency in spoken and written English language. Mandarin fluency highly preferred.
Ability to travel in China and globally. 3 to 4 trips per quarter, and trip duration up to 1 week.
