Made by the 5th oldest producer in Rioja, one of only 10 producers who can release "old" wines before 1980. From the 1968 vintage - now over 50 years old! Only 3,000 bottles released by the winery of this vintage - decantered and re-labelled from its original bottle. Stunning opportunity to try a wine now 37+ years old, very limited stocks! How to enjoy this bottle of red wine? Dust off the cork screw (you’ll need it here!) and pair this Spanish beauty with roasted and grilled red meats, especially lamb, as well as mature cheeses and hearty stews. Open this one up and let it breathe for an hour or so before pouring – then enjoy!

Pazo Pondal Albarino White Wine | 庞达尔白葡萄酒
There is a complexity on the nose where floral notes and aromatic herbs appear, with elegant touches of white fruit and light citrussy touches that reinforce its freshness. There are also subtle spicy notes combined with an interesting minerality that suggests elegance and character.The palate highlights a creamy step, broad and with good density, well balanced by its freshness and salinity characteristic of the terroir that allows to integrate well its outstanding acidity, which brings good depth, combined with a saline point that marks its personality. Long and tasty finish with a very good final retronasal.

Peñalba Lopez Brut Nature Cava |佩纳尔巴洛佩兹气泡葡萄酒
It is a BIODYNAMIC CAVA "vintage" that corresponds to the 2015 vintage. The wine fermented in its own yeast, in the absence of sulfurous, and with malolactic made before the Rima naturally. It has a minimum aging of 22 months with its lees. The palate is a mineral wine, fresh, soft and harmonious that shows the character of the earth. The bubbles are thin and well integrated. Recommended with pasta, rice, fish, seafood and various white meats.
这是与2015年份相对应的CAVA“年份”。该酒在无硫的情况下在其自身的酵母中发酵，并且在自然的里玛之前就带有苹果酸。酒糟的最小老化期为22个月。味蕾是一种矿物葡萄酒，清新，柔和，和谐，展现了地球的特色。气泡稀薄且融合良好。推荐搭配意大利面，米饭，鱼，海鲜和各种白肉。
