恩里克·门多萨酒庄，一座隐于西班牙阿利坎特内陆山区的家族酒庄。它不仅是西班牙东南部优质葡萄酒的酿造标杆，更是一位沉静的“风土译者”。

Bodegas Enrique Mendoza is a family-owned winery in Alicante and a benchmark for quality winemaking in southeastern Spain. Founded by Enrique Mendoza and now run by his son Julián, it focuses on expressing terroir from high-altitude vineyards using traditional varieties and natural methods. The estate is a proud member of Grandes Pagos de España, an association dedicated to expressing single-estate (“pago”) terroirs.
Most vineyards are located inland near Villena, at elevations up to 650 meters. Traditional varieties like Monastrell and Chardonnay form the core of production, with an emphasis on natural farming, indigenous yeasts, and biodynamic practices. The wines reflect the cool Mediterranean climate, offering finesse, elegance, and balance.

源自比利亚纳圣母峰山坡葡萄园，纯手工采摘，100% 霞多丽酿造而成。
这款干白充满春日气息，有柑橘、荔枝、芒果、菠萝等热带水果的香气。酸度突出，口感柔和，香气清新浓郁。
Crafted from 100% hand-harvested Chardonnay from the "Cabezo de la Virgen" slopes, this white wine bursts with spring-like freshness. It offers vibrant citrus and tropical fruit aromas, balanced by crisp acidity and a smooth, medium body.
12.5% Vol.
源自比利亚纳圣母峰山坡的 “夏科内罗庄园”，采用100% 霞多丽，使用法国500L大橡木桶酿造而成。
这款干白初闻是苹果、葡萄柚等新鲜果香与柑橘气息，随后展现出桶陈带来的香脂与烤面包风味，香气层次丰富。橡木桶短期陈酿赋予其饱满酒体与柔和质感，余味悠长。
This Chardonnay is sourced from "Finca el Chaconero" on the "Cabezdo de la Virgen" slopes and fermented in 500L French Allier oak.
It opens with fresh apple and grapefruit aromas, evolving into balsamic and toasted notes from barrel aging. The wine has a creamy, full body and a long, balanced finish.

采用长相思与梅尔塞格拉各50%混酿而成，梅尔塞格拉品种在巴伦西亚自治区外较为罕见。
长相思给这款干白带来柑橘、青苹果与芒果的香气，梅尔塞格拉则增添鲜活清新感与出色酸度，伴有细腻的矿物咸感。与生蚝等海鲜完美适配！
A 50/50 blend of Sauvignon Blanc and the rare (outside Valencia) Merseguera. It offers citrus, green apple, and mango aromas from the Sauvignon Blanc, complemented by the Merseguera's vibrant freshness and crisp acidity, with a subtle mineral-salinity. A perfect match for oysters and seafood.

Sourced from a single vineyard in Villena, this 100% Pinot Noir displays a pure ruby red color. It presents fresh red berries, cherry, and strawberry aromas, interwoven with fine violet notes and hints of vanilla and toffee.

Ladecan is a selection of bush-trained dry-farmed vineyards, planted at the foot of the northern slope of the Sierra del Castellar, this 100% Monastrell displays vibrant freshness and optimal ripeness. Aromas of wild herbs, fresh flowers, black pepper, and red fruits dominate.

源自圣母峰山坡葡萄园，100%莫纳斯特雷尔酿造而成。作为地中海标志性品种，尽显当地山脉、气候与阳光的特质。

This 100% Monastrell from the "Cabezo de la Virgen" slopes embodies its Mediterranean origins. It offers a vibrant profile of red fruits, rockrose, and herbs, evolving into toasted bread and coffee notes.
Santa Rosa 2022

源自“夏科内罗庄园”，精选莫纳斯特雷尔、赤霞珠、梅洛和西拉混酿而成。

This wine, a coupage of Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah from "Finca el Chaconero", is a tribute from the founder to his mother. Elegant and aromatic, it interweaves notes of blackcurrant and plum with spices like nutmeg and vanilla, complemented by hints of lavender, violet, Mediterranean rosemary, and thyme.
