美国威宝(WB)曲臂升降照明系统安装说明

一、产品介绍 product description

　　YZH4型大功率升降照明灯是本公司新近开发的一种车载式全方位夜间应急照明系统。它吸收了国外先进产品的特点，进行改进设计，其光源采用先进的LED。具有手动远程控制、自动复位、操作使用方便、亮度高、节能、照射范围广、射程远等特点。其全方位定位，可安装在汽车或固定物上。可广泛用于各种夜间作业如消防照明、工程抢修、抗灾抢险、警案现场等应急照明。适合全天候工作。

二、系统组成 System composition

三、主要技术参数/Main technical parameters

四、系统安装/ System installation

1.开箱：/Unpacking:

a) 小心打开包装，取出所有零部件。/ Carefully unpack and remove all parts.

b) 按装箱清单检查所有部件有无缺损。/ Check all parts according to the packing list to avoid defects.

c)   运、安装系统时切勿搬动、旋转云台，防止损坏云台传动箱部件。/ When moving and installing the system, do not move or rotate the pan&tilt to prevent damage to the pan&tilt  transmission case components.

2.桅杆安装：/mast installation

a) 本升降照明系统可安装在车体或其他固定物上。/ The lifting lighting system can be installed on vehicle bodies or other fixed objects

b) 系统安装在车体上应考虑车顶应有足够的刚性。必要时应考虑加固。When the system is installed on the vehicle body, it should be considered that the vehicle roof should have sufficient rigidity. Where necessary, reinforcement should be taken into consideration.

c）升降桅杆杆采用螺栓与车顶连接，安装孔位如下图。/ The lifting mast rod is connected with the roof by bolts, and the mounting flange holes are shown in the figure below.

d）灯具的安装：升降桅杆主体按照安装好后，将两组灯具插入云台旋转轴上，用随设备配的螺丝锁紧。

e）插好连接器，并将连接器放置到铝管中，装好橡胶闷头。

f）固定调整好支撑托架，安装时托架居中云台与灯具间的缝隙。

特别提醒：用户在安装系统时，必须按照灯具复位后，调整安装灯具托架，以保证灯具复位后，灯具重量支撑在托架上，防止汽车在开动中，因振动而引起云台传动部件和传动轴损坏。

3.手控器、按钮盒的安装：/Installation of handheld controller and button box:

将急停按钮盒安装在手持控制器附近，以方便操作。

4.电气连接：/ Electrical connections:

电气连接按下图连接

注意：/Note

电源输入+-极必须按照线号接，接反将会烧坏控制系统。

五、系统调试、使用。/ system debugging and use.

1.手持式控制器详细功能

2.开启步骤

1.旋开急停按钮

 

2.先按上升按钮

3.待桅杆向上旋转90°后，再按其他操作按钮。

 

注：此按键复位云台和桅杆下降复位

3.关闭步骤

1.按下手控器上一键复位键待复位完成后，按下急停按钮切断电源。

注意： 升降桅杆工作气压：0.25mpa，出厂前已设定，请勿随意调节，否则造成的一切后果由用户承担。

注意： 升降杆在升出前，必须保证其周围及上空有足够的空间，无高空电线或其它任何障碍。

注意： 当升降杆处于升起状态及系统工作状态下，切勿开动汽车。系统复位后方可开动汽车。

注意： 本系统不能接触易燃、易爆或其他危险物质，否则可能引起火灾、爆炸等事故。

注意： 在通风不良、风力较大时请不要使用本系统。

 

六、系统维护/system maintenance

1.升降杆的维护/lifting mast maintenance

本系统使用的是气动升降杆，应注意升降杆的清洁和保养。根据产品的使用情况和使用频率，升降杆的维护每1~2个月进行一次。当出现下列现象时，应进行维护：

a) 灯杆外部有明显灰层/ there is  significant dust on the outside of the light pole;；

b) 灯杆升降时出现故障/ Failure occurred when the light pole rises and lowers；

c) 灯杆工作有噪音时/ When there is noise in the operation of the light mast；

d) 灯杆在升降时出现粘滞时/ when the light mast is sticky when lifting；

2.灯杆的清洁和润滑步骤/ Steps for cleaning and lubricating the light mast

a) 卸下主灯，将升降杆升起/ Remove the main light and raise the lifting mast；

b) 用无磨损的清洁剂擦拭灯杆表面，应防止清洁剂流入灯杆内部/ Wipe the surface of the lamp post with a non-abrasive cleaner to prevent the cleaner from flowing into the lamp post；

c) 通过灯杆出水孔注入适量的润滑剂或机油/ Inject a suitable amount of lubricant or machine oil through the water outlet of the light pole；

d) 将灯杆降低，使润滑油充分覆盖/lower the light mast to make it fully covered with the lubricating oil；

e) 将灯杆反复升降，并檫去所有从灯杆中溢出的多余润滑油；以防止灰层的吸附/Make the mast repeatedly raised and lowered, and all excess oil spilled from the lamp post is removed to avoid dirt stuck on；

九、安全须知/ safety instructions

● 只有经培训合格的人员才能安装、维护本系统。

● Only trained and qualified personnel can install and maintain the system.

● 在使用本系统前请确认系统上方10米内无高压及其它障碍。并核实装置上是否有应有的空间自由度，若装置与其它任何障碍物碰撞，会引起设备损坏及人员伤亡。

● Before using this system, please make sure that there are no high voltage or other obstacles within 10 meters above the system. And verify that the device has the proper free space. If the device collides with any other obstacles, it will possibly cause equipment damage and personal injury.

● 请勿近距离对人体照射。主灯点亮时切勿朝灯管观看，否则会使你暂时失去视力。

● Do not expose the human body at close range. Do not look into the light tube when the main light is on, otherwise you will temporarily lose your eyesight.

● 云台、主灯、简易控制箱及手持式控制器内非专业人士，勿随意打开，否则造成的一切后果，本公司概不负责。

● Non-professionals are not allowed to open the pan&tilt, main light, simple control box and handheld controller at will, otherwise we will not be responsible for all the consequences caused.

● 系统在工作状态时，切勿开动汽车，防止其它物品撞击车身和系统。以免损坏系统。

● Do not start the car to prevent other objects from hitting the body and the system when the system is working, so as not to damage the system.

● 在危险区，诸如：易燃、易爆区域请勿安装使用本系统。

● Do not install or use the system in hazardous areas, such as flammable or explosive areas.

十、保修承诺 

上海格士消防安全设备有限公司生产的产品,在用户遵守保管、使用规定的条件下，向用户承诺：

 

1. 本公司提供系统的安装、调试、培训服务。

2. 自出厂之日起，一年内出现质量问题包修。

3. 在保修期内，正常使用过程中出现故障，我公司将提供免费上门维修或送修。
