This Cava belongs to the Cava Brut Nature category, it is the driest type of Cava, as very little sugar is added. Brut Extra is the next category up, including up to 6 grams of residual sugar per litre. And Plain Brut Cava may contain up to 12 grams of sugar!

Description
A mix of old vines from the Cava region, and younger ones from 600 meters altitude in Conca de Barberá region (Catalonia, Spain). Produced at low temperatures and, according to the traditional method, with second fermentation happening in the bottle. Aged for at least 18 months in the bottle.
