In Spain, there are several laws and regulations to ensure the quality and identity of the wine regions.

In fact, just two regions are considered the top of the top in quality standards and regulations, named as DOCa, Denominacion de Origen Calificada (Qualified Origin Denomination).

Rioja and Priorat are the royalty of Spanish wines! The pioneer of this standard was Rioja since 1925, it has been developing prestige and admiration among consumers since 1991; highlighting their unique suitability for ageing.
