Spain is mostly known for its jammy, oaky and high in alcohol wines. Little is known about the natural, artisanal and elegant wines. That's why we are super excited to share the news of our 6 newly added natural wines from Bodegas Cueva by Mariano Taberner!

Located in the Utiel-Requena region of Valencia, Bodega Cueva dates back to the 18th century, and has never known anything but natural winemaking and farming practices.
The winemaker and owner Mariano Taberner has been the custodian here for more than 20 years. His vineyards are largely planted to local varieties Bobal and Tardana, along with plantings of Macabeo, Tempranillo and Syrah.
Vinified naturally, without filtering or added treatments, wine made from unadulterated fermented grape juice and nothing else. The only cellar intervention is that Mariano plays 🎶music to his 🍇wine.
His wines takes us to a world of aromas comprising mature fruit, preserves, licorice which provide those delightful nuances of purple, violets, cherries, brick, soft, balanced and round.
Bodega Cueva酒庄位于瓦伦西亚的Utiel-Requena地区，其历史可以追溯到18世纪，除了自然的酿酒和耕作方式外，从来没有其他的东西。酿酒师兼庄主Mariano Taberner在这里担任保管员已经超过20年了。他的葡萄园主要种植当地品种Bobal和Tardana，同时还种植了Macabeo、Tempranillo和Syrah。自然酿造，不经过滤或添加处理，用未经纯化的发酵葡萄汁酿制的葡萄酒，没有其他的东西。唯一的酒窖干预是马里亚诺为他的葡萄酒播放音乐。
