ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• External Customer facing tasks
1.Maintain and update current matrix data of OEM customers (incl. companies, Business Units,Contact,etc.)
2.Build strong relationship to influence key sales from OEM company by providing effective support.
3.Bundle with WDC products and industrial solutions to share with customers, build, follow and support customized sales leads and pipeline, work with OEM sales to follow through opportunities.
4.Build industry specific report by collecting both internal and external data, competitive analysis, industrial trend etc.
5.Continue to learn and develop cold call abilities to develop new business.
• Internal Sales facing tasks
1.Build solid data and milestone chart to identify and track strategy execution to improve OEM sales team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
2.Work internally to strategize sales tools and solution by vertical/applications, build Account Based case study and promotion plan.
3.Product solutions focused strategy to promote WDC products and solutions to target OEM account.
4.Partner cross-functionally with other teams to align with the latest strategy and resources for OEM Account.
5.Other work assigned by team lead or assistance when needed.
REQUIRED:
1.Experienced sales internship in university or endeavor to be a sales in future, all majors are welcomed, major in Computer science, EE, material science or other IT related major would be a plus.
2.Able to use English at a working proficiency level, good communication skills.
3.Pro-active with a CAN-DO attitude, able to accept new knowledge in a short time.
4.Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization.
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience.
6.Evidence of strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability and trust.
