Enrique Mendoza Pinot Noir Red Wine | 恩里克门多萨干红葡萄酒
Intense ruby red in colour, with burgundy andorange shades, typical of the ageing in the barrel. The aroma is of mature fruits, red berries mixed with mineral tints like red stones and graphite. Made from grapes from our vineyards in Villena in a location named “Cabezo de la Virgen”.

Mackerel is one of the blue fish with high nutritional content. After a slow toasting process, these mackerel fillets are selected and canned by hand, bathed in olive oil. Its flavour increases as time goes by, due to the repose and maturation in our warehouses.
