卡米尼亚诺自 13 世纪以佳酿闻名。1716 年,托斯卡纳大公科西莫三世・德・美第奇颁布法令管控,或是最早的 “原产地保护” 案例。安巴拉酒庄自 19 世纪末归 Romei Rigoli 家族,24 公顷庄园位于 Montalbiolo、Elzana、Santa Cristina in Pilli、Montefortini Podere Lombarda 四大核心风土带。夕阳入酒窖时,Giuseppe 摇晃酒杯,琥珀色酒液映出祖辈耕耘身影。

初秋清晨,薄雾未散。我在葡萄园例行检查葡萄成熟度时,一抹翠绿突然掠过脚边。低头发现一条花纹精致的小蛇正仰头打量我,待我后退半步,它已悠然滑入葡萄藤阴影中。
Early autumn morning, mist still lingers. As I check grape ripeness in the vineyard, a flash of green darts past my feet. A small, strikingly patterned snake tilts its head to eye me—then slides smoothly into the vine shadows when I step back.
“就叫它 L'Aldino 吧。” 这句随口一说,竟成了新酒的缘起。那次相遇后,我们用 Santa Cristina 葡萄园的葡萄酿了款特别的酒,将偶遇的惊喜与葡萄园的灵气封入瓶中。橡木桶陈酿时,总会想起 L'Aldino 溜走时摆动的尾巴,仿佛在说:有些美好注定稀有。
"Let's name it L'Aldino," I said casually. That offhand comment sparked the creation of a new wine. After the encounter, we used grapes from Santa Cristina vineyard to craft a special blend, trapping the surprise of that chance meeting and the vineyard's essence in every bottle. During oak aging, I often recall L'Aldino's tail flicking as it vanished— a reminder that some beauties are meant to be rare.
开桶时,琥珀色酒液在阳光下流转,如秋日温柔酿成的琼浆。初闻是小白花与百里香的清新,继而溢出青苹果、熟梨和柑橘的果香。入口后矿物咸感若海风拂过,酸度温柔与回甘平衡,12.5 度酒精度恰到好处。这款酒当年仅产 1000 瓶,每一瓶都是葡萄园写给懂酒人的情书。打开 “L'Aldino”,便能尝到那个清晨的神秘与惊喜。
As the barrel opens, amber wine catches the sunlight—autumn's warmth bottled as nectar. First, notes of white blossoms and thyme; then green apple, pear, and citrus burst through. On the palate, a mineral salinity whispers like sea breeze, balanced by gentle acidity and a lingering sweet finish. At 12.5% ABV, it's approachable yet complex. Only 1,000 bottles made—each a love letter from vineyard to wine lover. Pop L'Aldino, taste that misty morning's magic.
