This week is Safety Week, as part of our constant investment in safety at Greif, we’re excited to see the impact of our innovative Safety Leadership Program as it is deployed across the business.
The program, devised and led by Kimberly Kellermann, MBA and her team, empowers our Plant Managers to take the lead on safety and ensure their teams do all they can to keep safe. Designed in conjunction with Plant Managers themselves, the program is proving relevant, engaging and impactful.
Feedback so far has been fantastic, with colleagues enthusiastic and committed. The Safety Leadership Program will continue to be rolled out globally over the course of the autumn and is on track to be in place across all our facilities by the first quarter of 2021.
