蓝色 / The meaning of Blue

蓝色，是红绿蓝三原色中的一员。它的互补色是黄色，對比色是橙色，情侣色是红色而相近色则有绿色、青色与靛色。

Blue is one of the primary colors. The complementary color is yellow, contrast color is orange, love color is red and similar colors are green, blue and indigo.

蓝色非常纯净，通常让人联想到海洋、天空、水、宇宙。表现出一种美丽、冷静、理智、安详与广阔。由于蓝色沉稳的特性，具有理智、准确的意象，在商业设计中大多选用蓝色当标准色，如电脑、汽车、影印机、摄影器材等等；而蓝色也代表忧郁，这是因为受了西方文化的影响，也运用在文学作品或感性诉求的商业设计中。

Blue is a pure color, it makes people think of the ocean, sky, water and the universe. By showing a sense of beauty, calm, rational, peaceful and broad. Blue uses as the standard color because of its steady characteristic in commercial design, such as computer, automobile, photocopier, photographic equipment and so on; while blue also stands for depression, which under the influence of western culture, and used in commercial design of literary works or emotional appeal.
